Review 1：No office or desk, no staff. Nowhere to make enquiries. Minimum English, but then, I am the foreigner.

Review 2：Location. Close to city centre. Non English speaking wife of proprietor unexpectedly turned up on departure to assist with taxi. Let me leave bag in room for eight hours after check-out.

Review 3：Not a big problem but it's useful to know that the internet servicerequires a cell phone, and probably a Russia sim, to get an access code.The hotel ladies kindly lent me theirs.

Review 4：Very comfy, good sized room with private bathroom, great value for themoney. Bus stop is right in front of the building. Lots of marketsaround. Good location about a 10-15 minute walk from the red line self-guided walking tour.I think these are serviced apartments since there is no sign or real reception. There's an unmarked office on the 4th floor that handles check in/out and rooms on the 5th floor with maids around. The building has a hotel sign for a different hotel on the 3rd floor and they will also help you find Prime!
