Review 1：Not all staff spoke English, which caused some difficulties in communication. However, all of them was nice!
Review 2：Hotel deco is stylish; location is near the old town; staff was nice. I didn't get the breakfast included was only cereal and still ordered egg/omelette and beans that waiter proposed. After they knew I hadn't understood it, the hotel immediately agreed to waive the extra cost. Though the amount was not big, I could feel the hotel management is willing to take responsibility and offer hospitality.
Review 3：The restaurant was supposed to be open for dinner at 7 pm and when we went at 7:30 there was nobody around. We had to leave and find something else and my friend who I traveled with had a very difficult time due to a knee injury. When we got back to the hotel the restaurant was open at 8:30. Also, the website advertised that the staff was multilingual. That was not the case. Luckily I speak some Spanish, but it would have been nice if someone there spoke some English.

Review 9：Its dark in the room, and the beds are not so comfortable.
Review 10：Nice staff and breakfast! There is a microwave oven in the room, that is very convenient for me to prepare hot water and milk for the baby. Good lacation.
Review 11：A 'double room' with 2 beds turned out to have one double bed, not big enough for 2 people, and a cot bed, without a bedside table or lamp. None of the rooms have a window, or balcony, so it's dark and rather claustrophobic.
Review 12：Beautifully appointed rooms, very modern. The art in the hallways is very attractive. Nice staff.
Review 13：My towels were not changed at least twice since I stayed a week. May be I needed to place them on the floor. I suggest leaving a note by the towels for guest to decide if they need clean towels. Also, notify guest that dogs/animals are allowed at the facilities. I found out because of the barking at night. It was not pleasant but manageable after all I was exhousted.
Review 14：The location, design and friendly staff. I classified the hotel as boutique hotel closer to the centro area of Leon. Walking distance to los mercados. Comfortable beds and basic amenities. Excellent customer service. I will stay again when I come to visit my family. :)
