Review 1：1. Courtesy of front desk staff (Mila) should be checked. Always frowning. Doesn't-care attitude. 2. Seems like a self-service hotel. Bring-your-own baggage as well as open-the-door-on-your-own. Even the guard not even dared to help us. 3. So-so free breakfast.

Review 11：Parrot in the lobby rather annoying; not a single coat-/towel-hanger in bedroom or bathroom; breakfast very meager; being woken up at 6:30 by a guy with two cups of water ("You woke up, Sir?") when still trying to sleep; situated on busy road.

Review 12：Pretty close to everything. Then again, Laoag is rather small.

Review 13：The room was located on the 2nd floor and since there was no elevator, and I am disabled, it was difficult to go up and down the stairs. At the same time, the hotel was renovating several rooms next to my room and therefore, the entire floor smelled like paint and strong turpentine night and day. Additionally, my room was next to a fast food drive through and garbage was picked up every night which was very noisy at 10 pm while I was sleeping and all the horrible smell would be caught by the air conditioner making my room stinky. The final blow is a parrot located on the first floor that caws at the top of it's voice each night around 9 pm. It was not a very nice place to stay if you need to stay in n rest.

Review 14：The room is in need of redecoration with only a vague resemblance to the photos. The bathroom is in a pretty poor state and tiny, I could even swing the door open without standing behind the toilet seat.

Review 15：The room and bed were comfortable. Near to all the eateries, tricycle stands and shops. The internet worked just fine at decent speed.

Review 20：The towels, duvet and blankets are old and stained and needs to get replaced. We did not have a good night sleep not because of the hotel itself or the bed but the noisy neighbours. So although the location is good being at the centre of town, the neighbours ruins it all.

Review 21：The rooms were small but comfortable and it has all the necessary amenities for an overnight stay. I won't recommend it for those who are staying for more than one night. They have a newer building though, so that may be a good idea to stay in that new building the next time we visit Laoag...

Review 22：Rooms outdated. Wallpaint full of stains.(smashed moskitos?) Bed linen looked very old. Lots of noise from the street starting 6am. Although they said wifi was available it didn't work. Pricey for Philippines.
