Review 1：The air conditioning was not on at this time of year, the room was extremely hot and with the windows and the door to the room open it took many hours to cool down, the hotel is opposite Tia children's play area and was very noisy late afternoon
Review 2：The staff were very helpful, the use of the nearby underground carpark was great, the view was excellent from the room.
Review 3：We have traveled all over the world, but cannot remember as warm a welcome as we received at the Hotel Belvedere. It was one of the most pleasant stays we have ever had, and we look forward to returning soon.
Review 4：My room was right above the hotel entrance and service areas, so a bit smoky and noisy if I had the window open. However, they had great soundproofing once the window was closed. Inside the hotel, I could hear my neighbors talking and their television going, but was only bothersome for a couple of nights.
Review 5：Great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, fantastic location near the lake and ferry landing. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and plenty of free parking further away from the lake in town if you're willing to walk a bit. Great hub for exploring Lago Maggiore, would absolutely stay here again!

Review 9：There is very little available close to the hotel. We had to park at a 10 minutes walk parking lot. The breakfast which was typical for northern Italy it seems, was not rich with vegetables as we are used too.

Review 17：It was such a relaxed atmosphere, and the staff were simply perfect. We were warmly welcomed on our arrival and even given bottle of Italian wine on our departure.

Review 26：Very professional and warm welcome from Raffaella Paolo, very helpful on check in and out, lovely room with side balcony and great view of the lake, and landscape, spotless room and bathroom, very convenient for boat service to the islands, a high standard of care, a little training required on breakfast service for the coffee's except for a young man with dark hair and glassess who was super, but could not service all areas. There were coach parties staying but you would not know as everything was organised and well orchastrated, we did not feel over crowded, wish we had stayed longer, would definately stay again,

The breakfast rooms are catered by two buffets but the one on the facade of the building is richer. The quality of the coffee is poor. There is no much to see or to do around the hotel. No coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms.

Expect a parking problem on Fridays (we did not stay this day) when the front parking area is occupied by a local market. Hotel ambiance. Very friendly staff keen to help in case of need for assistance. The hotel is conveniently located in front of the boat trips terminal.

Review 61：A/C in the room blow air but it wasn't cold at all, couldn't cool off the room, the minimum temp was set at 24 and couldn't be changed. Breakfast OK but they either need more staff or to set up a self-served coffee station. We had to wait for a long time for someone to notice us and to bring us coffee/tea in a rather small pot, so then we had to wait again and try to catch the waiter's eye to order more. Very dirty and stinky (urine?) carpet on the stairs leading to the rooms .

Review 76：The top-floor room's a/c worked, but it did not cool the space, whichstayed above 26 degrees all night. The mattress was pretty hard, and theroom was rather Spartan. The breakfast was minimal.Also, the hotel billed for two nights though we stayed only one; we told them more than 48 hours prior that our plans for a 2nd night had changed, and they claimed to need 48 hours notice from check-in. A mandatory one night charge was added to the one night we stayed. Not alright, and different from the terms as listed on booking.com.

Excellent breakfast but didn't try a meal in the evening. Fairly pricey but you pay for the location so no complaints. Highly recommend but invest a bit more and get a room with a lake view.
Review 86：The blow dryers are unreal they are more of a vacuum then to dry yourhair. Also the walls are very thin so you hear everything and I meaneverything from your neighbors. And if you can afford it stay in adouble with lake view I had a single and it was like a dark closet.

Review 91：I booked a double room for me and my 3 years old twin kids, instead of double i got twin room. we booked this hotel only because it was mentioned that we can have a double bed, but they told me that there is ONLY twin beds that are joint together. to have a double i should pay 30% more because it will be sea view. So they did not accept any free upgrade.
