Condo Hotel La Contessa sells fast on our site. La Contessa offers independent apartments set around the town of Santa Teresa Gallura, overlooking Corsica, on Sardinia's most northern tip. Rena Bianca beach is around 5 minutes' walk away.

Review 1：Generally dirty and old fashioned, smelly furnitures. Rain through the Windows and into the electric Sockets! No microwave, gas bottle was empty after one day. Appartement didn't look like in the pictures at all

Review 3：Outdated furniture with unpleasant wardrobe smell, both bedside lamps in one bedroom not functioning, wall socket in one bedroom taped over with gaffer tape, curtains would be a nice to have because we had to choose between dark bedroom or staring neighbors, one double bedroom bed made from two single beds, so you sleep on the metal edge of the mattress, third bedroom (with two single beds) very dark and unpleasant (thankfully not used by us), light bulbs cold in colour and generally not bright enough where you really need light (bathroom and kitchen), one hot water boiler shared with kitchen and bathroom - not large enough for two showers, kitchen poorly designed (not enough cabinets for groceries etc.), dangerous gas hob (eletrical ignition not functioning), plates drying rack not used by us - cabinet was smelly and unpleasant, one shutter fixing (kitchen doors) broken - blocked with stone which moved when wind was blowing at night, squeaky fridge doors. Todays standard, but also missing: No kettle, no microwave, no iron and ironing board, no bin for recycle, no WiFi, vac woluld be a nice to have.

Review 4：Well sized rooms with high ceilings, three bedroom, two bathroom, amazing sea-view from dining area, closeby facilities (local grocery stores, caffeeteria, restaurants, beach), lots of parking space, washing machine.

Review 6：I just don't understand why they provide that little kitchen tools. It is such a small investment that will create that much needed kitchen comfort. Very strange. The matras on the bed is not comfortable with old springs.

Review 17：Spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the sea and the city. Silent district, center of town within a 5 -minute walk as well as the beautiful beach with white sand and turquoise blue water. Lot of dining options in the city.

Review 22：Apartment is equipped on the very basic level. No kettle and microwave could be found. All basic stuff, such as salt, sugar, garbage bags etc., has to be bought. Towels and linen were not changed over our ten days stay. Furniture seems to be crafted in 70s-80s. Two beds in one of our bedroom were not pleasant to use because of its hammock style, i.e. metal grid beneath and a tiny mattress on top.

Review 23：Residence is conveniently located, close to the town's beach and small grocery. Another supermarket is 5 minutes drive. Staff is very friendly and responsive. We were checked at 1000, while official checkin time starts at 1600. Lady in the office provided us with the beach towels, umbrella and supported our stay with tons of suggestions on where to go.

Review 24：It is a pity that no wifi available in the apartments in the 21. century however you can use it in the main office reception area. Concerning apartment the walls are so thin that you can hear everything from your neighbors, especially if they go to the toilet as water pipes in the walls are so noisy that it is really disturbing during the night and early morning to wake up for any water usage.

Review 25：It is really close to the beach and downtown. Apartment was really spacious and with nice seaview. Kitchen is equipped with all basic stuff enable you to cook every evening. If anything missing you can ask your landlord for it.

Review 27：We had a big ground floor apartment (H3) with a huge terrace (table and chairs provided) and even1 extra bedroom. It was nice and quiet at night. The beach is closeby and the office people were very helpful (especially Massimo).

Review 29：Very friendly staff, helped us with everything we struggled:) We got to Contessa very late at night and moved into a smelly and stuffy apartment with old furniture with no air conditioner (and no sea view as it's advertised). Requested for replacement and got a very nice appartment (great sea view, no smell, laundry machine).

Review 43：The people that run the place (Massimo and Marcella) were extremely nice and helpful. The apartment is roomy and clean; everything works fine. Location is perfect: quiet village street, walking distance from center town. Great value.

Review 44：The noisy bars,loud-loud music pollutes the town until at least 2am preventing sleep or a relaxing time on balcony. Having To close doors and windows ( which don't solve the problem ) beach and town roads are not suitable for anyone who has disabilities,heavy walking. The apartment was not clean,green mould on balcony floor from leaking A/C which I reported twice and asked for to be cleaned. I had to request clean linen and towels each week. Kitchen implements leave a lot to be desired,lack of tools to keep apartment clean. I would not go there again as it is becoming another disco resort which is a shame as it is losing its character.

Review 45：The town itself is very nice but could be better, ( not very clean, pavements and roads need cleaning,dog dirt and chewing gum ) the beach is very good.

Review 46：The appartment needed a more careful clean up. The kitchenware was rather dirty. The balconies and tables/chairs available were full of dust and the bathroom could also be tidier. The entrance to the building and the floors were also dusty. There were some reconstructions in the buildings nearby, so we believe that in high-season everything will be cleaner and more well taken care. Nevertheless, guest in low-season should deserve the same cleaness standards. Other then that, we would certainly recommend it to other visitors at S.Teresa Gallura!

Review 47：Location is excelent. The appartment is fairly equiped and has a stunning view to one of the most beautiful beaches of the island. The staff was very friendly and provided a large number of hints to visit and good advice. Supermarket, the beach and center of the village are a few minutes away. Internet is not available at the appart. but you can access it a reasonably good quality at the reception house.
