Review 1：Food is not up to the standard what we expect compared to the money we paid. Nothing in the mini bar. Towels not clean enough.staff are not trained enough to handle the pressure due to the full capacity of the weekend.

Review 3：Both Front Office Manager Suranga and Guest Relations Officer were very efficient and helpful.We had to make a last minute change to our plans which was handled without issue.

Review 6：Dont stay there.we fed up with their service.we got a deluxe room with ac for 80$.but within 1hr ac was stopped due thw break down.bathroom biday was leaking.maintenance guy came and done a teperory repair for ac.till 12 am it was continuesly breaking down.then they decidrd to give another room.that my 3 kids were sleeping without ac.then we packed our bagages and shifted to new room which was bad as before.

Review 7：Far from the city center. Not worth the price in terms of quality of service and food. Part of the staff is willing to help but some are clearly unpleasant: what seemed to be a manager offered to book a taxi for an exorbitant price, but refused to help us when we rather wanted a (way cheaper) tuk-tuk - surely because he wouldn't have gotten any commission. Why the h*** would a "luxury" hotel limit access to wifi?

Review 11：This hotel is like a conference centre, not a hotel. It has no lobby area or seating area for guests. It is soulless, and the decor in the rooms faux colonial but ends up being cheesy. Expensive for what is was.

Review 16：Food. The food was never served hot while we were there. The buffet was held at a temperature of 60 Deg Celsius! Food was left exposed to flies. Cleanliness of the facilities were questionable - especially the restaurant and the pool. Bathroom was very dark; toiletries were very basic
