Review 1：It's not as snow maiden as it advertised itself. A little "theme park" next to the hotel, but apparently it does not belong to the hotel. Could be interesting to kids, but not much to do for adults. A bit far from the city centre which could be accessed by trolley bus
Review 2：Although not every staff spoke English, they were all nice and helpful during our stay. They even allowed early check-in when we arrived at 7 in the morning! The hotel itself was clean and comfortable
Review 3：A perfect stay! Super friendly staff, confortable room, excellent restaurant, beautiful view on the Volga river, quiet location, about 3 blocks from the main avenue. I would definitely return to this hotel if I ever return to Kostroma.
