Review 1：the buffet table is not properly handled well- slow and in small amounts of refill. bed still has plastic. makes sound as you move on it. no wifi connection in room. not worth the 5k+ per day

Review 2：The hotel could improve by providing more amenities and activities in the hotel. Live band, mini market to purchase snacks and souvenirs, activities for teenagers, snack bar or coffee shops in the hotel catering not only for adults but also for teenagers/young adults.

Review 3：Hotel was conveniently located close to Laoag,shopping mall and market place. Staff were accommodating and made special arrangements for a last minute breakfast brunch with my family of 35 on our last day. The chef also modified the menu just to meet our needs.

Review 4：This hotel is overrated considering the kind of room they have, its amenjties and the poor service of its staff. They staff are very disorganized. Housekeeping do not do their job unless you advise them to do so. The sanitation of the rooms and place is very poor. My sis ordered food from room service and they never cleaned up the leftovers. Only when they were advise did they picked them up but left them at one side near the elevator were it was made to rot. We stayed in the hotel for 4 days and till the time we meft, the items were still in the same area ( see pic below). The food they serve for breakfast was not worth it. They cant even cope with the servings when there are so many people. We were made to lune up and wait for a long time. When we asked were the managerbis,they said that she is in Manila ( during a leak season!). The hotel manages their sanitation poorly. The hitel trash js stock up at the basement parking where it gets smelly and looked awfully filthy! The basement parking is very, very dusty. My nieces had allergies after. My overall experience in this hotel is very disappointing. I will never recommend this to others.

Review 20：This hotel is not a good value for the money. It has no soap holders or towel rods in the bathroom and the room furnishings are very spartan. The room was not made up once in the three days we stayed there. The breakfast buffet was the worst I've ever experienced. No food served after breakfast. REALLY, REALLY poor experience. No internet execpt in the lobby....go figure.

Review 22：the electronic key card malfunctioned so we had to use a key which is just fine with us. the circuit breaker tripped twice while i was in the bathroom.
