Review 1：The hotel appeared to be a love motel available for hourly rental. There was no front desk and the staff collected money through a small window in the side wall near the entrance. The environment was worse than I expected from the other hotels I reserved through Booking.com. The staff did not speak English. it was difficult to communicate with them. I have asked for a non-smoking room, and if one was not available I have asked the staff to ventilate the room prior to my arrival. Apparently they did not read my email and gave me a room with a pungent smoking smell when I arrived. It was after I made a complaint to the staff by body gestures with some diffculties that they finally showed me a room with less smoking odour. We stayed for two nights. The staff did not make up or clean the room, and the towels were left unchanged.
Review 2：The bathroom was huge by Japanese standard. The bathroom and toilet appeared to be renovated quite recently. There was a big-screen television inside the room. The room was big.
