Review 1：when we stayed in one of the rooms the aircon is not that cold so we need to open the electric fan.
Review 2：what I like most is the friendly staff and the food was great.
Review 3：We were booked during a peak season. Unfortunately, the kitchen staff is not prepared to service a packed dining area; we waited for an hour to be served. The hotel lobby faces west and is unconfortably warm.
Review 4：The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. Hotel location is strategic.
Review 5：Rooms are not constantly checked. Hours after our check-in, we have to transfer to another room because the shower faucet was not working. Sadly, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room where we transferred, they have to spray insecticide and so, we have to wait outside until the smell of the insecticide subsided.

Review 7：Room was very dirty. Bathroom had accumulated dirts on the flooring, walls, shower head. Closet was dilapidated. Lots of mosquitoes inside the room. Food was very poor. My son and I chose French Toast. His was served with a piece of banana while mine was with three thin slices of apple. I requested for a piece of banana instead because i did not like apple. They declined the request though there were plenty of bananas on display at the bar. Reason was the chef had the discretion what to serve.

Review 9：The pictures were not a good representation of what the rooms were like, most bathrooms were not as displayed, they were old and in need of replacement. Air conditioning in first room did not work well.
Review 10：With some complaining we were able to get a more updated room as the web pictures showed with no extra charge.
Review 11：no elevator,cockroach in the dining area, the bedrooms smelled musky, requested non smoking rooms in advance(rented 3 bedrooms)but was given a smoking room and was transferred to a non smoking when I complained. Choice for breakfast is limited. Water flows out from the shower to the bedroom floor in one of the rooms.

Review 26：The room we stayed in was big and spacious with bigger beds but wasclose to the main road. Loud band music from a bar made it difficultfor us to sleep. Windows were closed but it didn't keep the loudmusic down.
Review 27：Friendliness of the staff. They were accommodating and courteous.Breakfast is usually served at 6 am but we requested for breakfast at 5am as we needed to head out early. The staff complied with the requestand had our breakfast prepared on time.
Review 28：The front desk staff usually is an absent minded person, but she's still efficient. She accidentally gave us the wrong key. They gave us the room that we did not booked for, they gave us a room with just 1 bed, instead of room having 2 beds..
