Review 1：Perfect stay. It`seems location,marvellous. Spotlessly clean. The room was very quiet and we got a great night's sleep in the comfortable bed. Excellent. Very welcoming. Positive attitude and friendliness of the staff. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Review 4：A cozy villa with picturesque views, yummy homemade breakfast and particularly good jazz music. Special thanks to the family who runs the hotel for kindness, care and Balkan hospitality. It was the place where we felt like at home. If we come to Montenegro again, we would definitely stay at Villa Sara Guesthouse. Location is pretty good, the villa is close to Sveti Stefan island (just 30 vinutes walk through a tiny park) and to the Przno beach. It is close to the bus stop as well.

Review 5：I was told our belongings had been seized because we should not have used the stove in our room. I said seizing property was not the way to manage a structure and was laughed at. The whole family, in their costumes, then marched up the stairs entering our room without even knocking on the door (my GF was inside) and started pointing at small, barely visible scratches on the stove, allegedly done by us, saying we had to buy a new one and take that with us. The mother, who did not speak English, started pointing at the bedtables. Realizing she was asking what had happened to the tablemats placed on them, I pointed towards the draw, which she flung open, swept our stuff off the tables impulsively, and angrily placed the tablemats (which I had put in the draw merely for sake of convenience) back in place. She started yelling in Montenegrin, they started saying we had to repay the floor too, it was unpleasant and we did not feel safe for the rest of the stay.

Review 6：We had a really terrible experience. This is not a hotel, it’s “run” by a family that lives on the first floors, has no idea how to behave to customers, and gets extremely upset when you do anything you usually do in any hotel in the world, like moving a chair from one place to another, or walking on the floor with ones shoes on. Let us start from the beginning, we arrived in the structure and had to buzz the doorbell several times before someone answered, telling us we had to drive back to the main road for parking. The following day, when we got back to our room after a swim, we saw that all our belongings had been moved and that some were missing! The ones still there, which we had placed on a chair and on the bed tables had been propped on top of our bags.. I went to enquire about the ones that were missing. I was not happy, not only were our belongings taken without permission from our room, we were not informed about this in any way.After 15 min someone come to the reception.

Review 19：Please bare in mind this is a family run guesthouse and not a full hotel. If you want all the extras that come with a full hotel service this may not be for you. However, this is a great alternative, in terms of price, location and peace and quiet.

Review 20：Our room had a sea view and balcony and the lounge area also had a lovely sea view. Staff were pleasant, spoke English and were accommodating. Guest house is conveniently located close to the main road, with bus and taxi service and a little grocery shop. Also 5 - 7 minute walk to a beach.

Review 21：Neither the roads or the houses have names/numbers. This seems to be the same throughout Montenegro. Our pre printed instructions from a map website took us somewhere else- a sign would make it easier to locate the property.

Review 22：Very clean and spacious apartment with beautiful views from the large balcony. Friendly and thoughtful family and great breakfasts. In a convenient situation for exploring the coast and also inland. Realise it is out of season but beaches were quiet and roads likewise which we enjoyed.

Review 23：The Guest House Villa Sara is very nice and comfortable guest house, where you fell really pleasently. The good atmosphere there is created by whole family running the guest house, which is always willing to fulfill every your wish. Always we appreciated a beautifull sea wiev either from our room or from lounge terrace during breakfast or in the evening after coming back from a beach. When we were leaving the guest house back to home we felt as leaving our family, Many thanks to " Mrs. Villa Sara" and to three sisters Sanda, Sara and Helene that by their effort made our stay there pleasent and nice. Therefore I and my wife had a felling that we are leaving our family when saying good bye before going back home. I strongly recommend this guest house.

Review 24：As it's a family home and also apartments they didn't serve beer very late. I asked for a beer about 10.30pm and they said the bar was closed.

Review 25：Friendly service and you feel like you have been invited warmly into their house. A gorgeous view down to the beach at przno and your also next to laments beach. Sveti stefan is a 20 minute walk through wonderful grounds and budva is only 10 minutes away by bus or taxi. €1.50 on bus approx €5/10 by taxi

Review 34：This place is marvelous! High standard rooms, tv, wifi, everything you need, but this is not what this place is about. What to expect from a decent holiday accommodation? Clean, quiet rooms, good view from a window, breakfast, large comfortable bed. Its all there. What you do not expect is cosy lounge room, where you can rest after long sunny day at the beach, where you can get every drink you want, where you can get every food you like, and you can have it on a large terrace with stunning sea view All of that is adorn with superb music form a song collection of a real jazzman. Good music is with you at breakfast through a day till evening. But this is just tip of iceberg… You are hosted by adorable, cute, charming sisters and a sympathetic and friendly brother who on behalf of its parents are running this place. That family makes this place nice, comfortalble and very friendly in a way that we have never seen before in any place we had visited. Our plan was to stay there for 3 days and move to another town, but we stayed there for a whole holiday. (And if you have a birthday during a stay, you may get a surprise :)) Strong positive recommendation. Seaside Montenegro = Vila Sara.

Review 35：the guest house is not marked (no sign) and the location is not well described. Directions to the guest house should be provided with the booking. Not even the visitor information centre knew where it was. They informed us that we were the third couple to drop in that day looking for the guesthouse...
