Review 1：English proficiency of front desk very poor. Provided inaccurate info. for bus transfer next day and we had to hurry to the bus station. No English menu at the restaurant

Review 3：They don't have twin beds. Restaurant is open till midnight and this means that loud music will not let you sleep till midnight.

Review 5：This wasnt an issue for us but fair warning - location is a good half hour walk to get to downtown and an hour to the major attractions. Also while they advertised to speak English, we found no one here that could. Not a huge deal, but just again a warning

Review 7：The personnel is not ready to help at all. No touristic info is on the reception desk and the personnel doesn't know anything. There is no lift in the hotel (4 floors building). Personnel doesn't help with luggage. NO STYLE IN THE HOTEL. VERY BAD TASTE. The building requires renovation. Absolutely non comfortable rooms. Dirty bathroom with fungus. Awful bath cosmetics. The overall room is not clean, smoked. Very noisy rooms, no air conditioner, you ought to open the window but there is bar and disco downstairs, sleeping is impossible, you should choose between fresh air and quiet sleeping. Also you can hear every words from the nearest rooms. Breakfast wins 3 points from 10. Very negative overall impression.

Review 12：Ladies on reception did not speak English. Maybe that is why we had an impression that they are passive and not very hospitable. The are thin walls in hotel, we have heard everything next door. We have ordered two glasses of white wine in restaurant and they served it warm. Additionally they offered ice cubes to cool it. There was no white wine in a fridge in this restaurant.

Review 13：Beautiful view on Volga river from the room and from the restaurant terrace. Very good breakfast and good food in the restaurant. Many parking places.

Review 15：Great location with fantastic view on the river. Not far from the city center (less than 10 min by car or 30-40 min walking distance). Very good restaurant with excellent meals and good service. Very friendly staff. Big, nice and clean room. Free parking.

Review 16：The hotel's restaurant is awful but expensive. We tried crude meat, bitter salad and other things. Never again. Moreover, stuff of the hotel is quite rough. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Review 18：Smoke smell in rooms, poor beakfast menu (no hot dishes like porridge, milk or fried eggs, etc), no conditioner (was hot in winter even with open wide windows). Unfriendliness and incompetence of the personnel I find the worst features of the hotel. There could be more flaws if we stayed longer.
