Review 1：There were mosquitos and a mild unpleasant scent in the rooms. Stayed here over NYE and there are many private homes around it (there was a very drunk guy singing karaoke all throughout NYE.)

Review 2：The family room is big enough for a small family. 3 queen sized beds side by side. A bit cramped but okay for a night's stay. Staff was super accomodating, very friendly.

Review 4：The Hotel is located in a quiet part outside of the city center. We rented a car with driver for a sightseeing toor. Was very nice.

Review 5：Faucets in the bathroom are leaking, too much water was wasted. Flat screen was too small for the room. Air-conditioner was noisy. Reception area was dark, no light during night time. Unfriendly staff.

Review 7：The shower was leaking. The wifi was free, however, it was so slow and unstable. I don't know if it was because too may guests were using during our stay (there was an on-going teachers' conference).

Review 11：Booked a Family room.Bathroom are defect, Airconditions are too noisy. Only 3 free Breakfast was provided but booked 5 in booking.com have to pay extra for 2 person. The rooms are more than like a Motel than a Hotel

Review 23：Its not a hotel but more of an inn. The room was a poor excuse of a family suite. The bathroom had defective faucets. There was a foul smell which we could not pinpoint where it was coming from.

Review 39：The receptionist at the time (Ma'am Susan) was very kind and very receptive to my requests. There are food inclusions with the hotel rates and even if the food wasn't the best their serving on the other hand was enough to fill a traveler's tummy. :) Not to mention the waiters there were nice and accommodating too. I asked for tea and they immediately gave me one despite it not being displayed already.

Review 40：the plumbing leaks, and hard to get the hot water to start . There should be amenities, such as refrigerator, wifi, telephone and clock in room

It's good that the hotel has an advertisement so we were able to text them and informed them that we arrived already and we are looking for the service who is supposed to pick us up.

Special thanks to Ms. Susan who gave us an extension in the room due to delayed flight of PAL Express. We will surely visit again Laoag, will definitely stay in the same hotel and recommend to our friends and relatives.

My voucher worth 6300..I dis agree!!!Upon checking out,we stayed for almost an hour,my voucher do not have aninstruction that I must pay the hotel dues,the e vat and the servicecharge as well,UNLIKE my other booking with booking.com.. So what I amthinking at that moment,they will not released us at once,knowing thatour flight is approaching...NOW Please tell me,is it my fault to refusepaying entire amount??? Or is it the agency fault,not indicating it inmy voucher,or ar they only trying to extract money from poor travellerslike us?? At the end,i am afraid of having my flight decline,so I gavemy credit card,bowed to their desire!!! I was so discouraged!!! I wouldnever ever forever recommend that hotel!!!! Sorry!!!!

Review 50：You have to understand this is not a central base for a sight seeing trip. Transportation is available to explore of course.

Review 51：The location and the facilities are a perfect compromise between comfort and economy. I had a great experience their the staff was wonderful. If you travel the Philippines you have to understand that every hotel will not mesure up to the quality of the Hilton but then again the price won't either. I had a flight to Manila from Laoag and it was the prefect layover place with a great price. I would stay there again.
