Review 1：There are no special water stations for dogs, the parking costs extra and you will habe to drive to the nearby supermarket to leave your car.

Review 3：Free wifi in the rooms is becoming a standard, especially for business trips. This is the weakest point of the hotel. The pillows could be better also (or at least there could be a supplementary pillow for those who need something more firm to avoid neck problems.

Besides the bed was not very comfortable (too soft for my taste) and both the room and the facilities do not correspond in my opinion to a 4 stars hotel. Location is great for summer but for winter it is in a very lonely place with not so much to do around.

Review 32：I loved the location of the hotel; it was right across the street from the beach. It is also near to what I assume is the "downtown" area with shops and restaurants. The room was cozy and clean. The balcony had a great view of the beach and the North Sea. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows (not always common to get good pillows at hotels!) Overall, it was a great stay for my friend and me.
Review 33：I would like more help and assistance in advising what to see inneighbouring towns. There should also be a warning when using trains,E.G. Sassenheim was recommend as an excellent start for seeingAmsterdam. There is only one Ticket machine, which only accepts coinsand Dutch cretditcards but no visa or mastercard. The conductor on thetrains must charge eur 35 for each ticket plus fare (for each ticketbooked on the train) This is not customer friendly and everyreceptionist should inform tourists about this.

The facilities were poor .we stayed fr 5 days n the hotel site claim to hav a personal beach n gym ,but the beach was open to all n the gym was a disappointment no machines were working .the hotel claims to b 5 star but I will rate it 2 . Review 43：We have booked standard double rooms and we had a continuous noise in our room (probably from some heating/cooling machines). We had a rather uncomfortable night because of that. The reception was indiffirent to our complaint, which we did not appreciate.
