Review 1：Very bad internet wifi signal (less than 1 mb/s), funny shower button, parking not for free, personel speaks only french, a little bit english

Review 3：breakfast??? What breakfast?? Coffey and bread. No cheese or ham. No vegetables and absolutely nothing. Bread,T and Coffey. I had to ask nicely to get 2 slices of cheese that they use for there toast.

Review 7：None of the staff speaks English or German... The breakfast was ridicoulus, no hot food at all, we only get a few slice of ham/salami/cheese after we complained. There was only toast bread, jams and nutella and that's it... You only get 1 pack of 10ml shower gel per person... You can not change the water temperature nor strenght in the bathroom, there is only a button that you can press and you get water for 20 seconds or so... The walls were so tight so I could clearly hear other people speaking or snoring or the baby crying...

Review 11：Rooms are very small and dark , some have very small or inaccessible windows and as it was hot when we were there it could be a bit uncomfortable without air conditioning. Reasonable price but don't expect the Ritz.

Review 12：This was a budget hotel in a pleasant location , it is about 10 minutes walk from the railway station La Louviere Centre which is a 40 minute ride from Brussels. There are quite a lot of eating places in the town and some are reasonably priced , we ate well on all our 4 evenings in the city , beware , portions (even starters) can be rather large !. Breakfast was a basic continental and we were well looked after by the staff. The bar of the hotel does not serve food but there is a good tapas bar next door if you do not want to go far.

Review 13：Our room was up two twisting flights of stairs - we had a heavy case and my partner is disabled (I know, we should have checked for a lift! - but no-one offered assistance). The bathroom was very basic - needed a new shower cubicle and the hair dryer cut out after a few minutes. Noisy location because of adjoining pub and bell tower.

Next to the hotel there is a Restaurant/Bar and the city market square, where people played football, talked and laughed until about 2 a.m. (on a Thursday evening) - the backside of the hotel is certainly more quiet. And our room had only small tiltable windows...

Review 34：The location, an appx 10 min journey from the Autoroute. It was in a pleasant town with a selection of restaurants. A small but comfortable room which was good value for money and included a light breakfast. It was also quiet. Parking was underground and a few steps away. Comfortable bed with cotton sheets.

Review 36：The staff was very familiar and the city was very-very nice. I got the "early breakfast" at 5.00 a.m. last day because I had to go to the airport (about 17 minutes by train). There are lots of restaurants around the hotel.

The reception was at a bar.... during the ngith the bar had customers until early in the morning. we saw also a drug dealer at the hotet one morning. dont stay at this hotel since in the worst hotel i ever stayed during my travelling. i think that booking.com should stop including this hotel in its lists.
