Review 1：Very very poor breakfast!! I never imagined!! I never treated like this at ordinary 3 star hotel in Vladivostok!! At the Sky bar(12th floor) counter girls are always trying to cheat the amount of the bills!! I felt very upset! Also, when we leave the bar, they never say "thank you" or "See you" even in Russian!! I must say "Never stay at this hotel", if you don't want to be treated as a subject of making money!! Never!!!

Review 3：The staffs from the reception to the restaurant to even the chambermaids do not know how to smile. Even when I smiled at them, they do not smile back. This is the most elementary of customer service. Teach your staff to SMILE !

Review 5：Wifi was unreliable and kicked me off so frequently that I had trouble sending even one email at a time. The hours of the business center were inconvenient, so I couldn't use that as an alternative. Breakfast was the same every day, and the options were too limited. The restaurant and room service menus do not include any vegetarian options, which are needed to serve the international business travelers that frequent Vladivostok (like me).

Review 8：Fabulous location, within easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The staff were very helpful and spoke English. Tour desk is located within the lobby area. Very comfortable beds and rooms.

Review 9：This hotel is way overpriced for the type of rooms provided and the breakfast. A room at the Marriott on Tverskaya is Cheaper. As is the National Hotel. Both better values for one's money.

Review 13：There are only two lifts for a big hotel. The lift waiting time is around 5 min. The ventilation system is not working well, it was too hot in the room. The open windows do not save, as it is noisily outside. There is no coffee machine at breakfast, they offer just an instant coffee. If you want normal espresso, please, pay on top.
