Review 1：No hotwater ... Room not too clean ... Absolutely barebones room you are getting less then what you pay for ... There was exposed electrical wiring

Review 3：Very dirty, uncomfortable room (even after switching rooms). Smelled like cigarette smoke halfway through the night (assuming from other rooms), and the worst night sleep I've had in awhile.

Review 7：The room was disgusting, the bed had cigarette burns in the bedding of a non smoking room. The toilet hadn't been cleaned in a long time the door was high centred and un able to close all the way because the floor had a massive hump in it. The lamp had no lightbulb. There were wifi passwords stuck to the side tables but never once did a wifi network show up on our phones.

Review 30：Managers were very mean , was told we were going to get a discount because they checked us into adirty room and they swore at me when we were checking out for asking about our discount and was told that the manager could 'get us a discount' and not that we would get one which wasn't what he said the room was dirty smelt really bad our towels wernt cleaned they were all stained up very select channels on TV with very bad quality . it was our very first trip to grande prairie and was the worse experience ever

Review 32：The rooms stank of mildew and cigarettes. There were exposed and uncovered power outlets. Strange stuff growing on the bathroom fixtures. Sheets were not clean. The rooms we were shown must normally be rented by the hour! I refused the first room but was forced to take the second one as there were no rooms available anywhere else in town.

Review 34：I got a smoking room with a double bed. My husband and I had to use my Lysol wipes to clean the room before we could sleep in it. Then stench on entering the first night was overwhelming. I washed the floors the first morning. The second night we purchased our own pillows. The stench (smelled like sewer gas) was gone. I asked how many cleaning staff they had and was told 3. I estimate the motel to have 80-100 room. This is sadly understaffed. There needs to be at least 18 cleaning staff. Parking is very tight unless you drive a motorbike or smart car.

Review 96：I typically stay in hostels or on couches in dodgy share houses. This place was TERRIBLE. The stairs and second floor balcony are desperately UNSAFE. The room has NO temperature control, (except a small space heater on the top shelf in the summer, cause thats useful.) the fridge did not work, they have yet to release my safety deposit funds and it has been over one week, it smelled so awful i had to go buy an air freshener and it hardly helped, the wifi was terrible, need I go on? If you're desperate and its last minute go hard, but if you want to have any vague semblance of enjoyment, go next door.

If you are desperate enough for a manger to crash in, do NOT get a room on the main floor unless you want to hear every step from the occupant(s) above.. at ALL hours of the night!! The room temp was perfect for a chicken hatchery; very, very hot and thermostat was not in working order; we're talking 30C in the room/ -8C outside, folks. Internet? What internet?

I had to check out and find a more suitable place to stay for thenight. I had paid for two nights in advance, but the front desk clerkwould only give me a refund for the second night. No refund wasavailable to me after fifteen minutes from checking in. Instead ofapologizing in a sincere manner, the front desk clerk attempted todefend the hotel, saying things like, "There is no one stayingbelow your room so the smoke cannot be coming from there.", andother ridiculous comments. The place is a dive and should be condemned!If you are a non-smoker, you will not be comfortable in this hell hole.
