Review 1：Wifi was sometimes slow or unavailable in our apartment, good connection was only available on the balcony. Very minor point as otherwise the apartments are great.
Review 2：A family owned place, focuses on your best interests and is willing to help with just about anything. Lovely family. The swimming pool was always clean and available. Cleaning was always done when we left, coming back to a very clean apartment, fresh towels and fresh bedding every 2 days. Location is rather good, close to bus station, and about 5 minutes from the beach. Modern building and rooms.
Review 3：Cant fault the flat but Sveti Stefan rather dissapointing - poor beaches in particular although some rather better more quite ones a walk over and around the headland

Review 5：There is a difference between wanting to be a hotelier and being one. The Jovan family is creating new rules on regular basis. They are acting as guardians and watching everything. My sister came to visit me for 30 min and the second day we received the new rules of the house where is was written that persons who are not guest are not allowed to access apartments, courtyard, etc. If you not obey, the owner can cancel the service guests and is entitled to declare you "unwelcome guest". In this case the client is not entitled to a refund (op.cit.). So, if you go as a single family everything will be alright
Review 6：Nice location, new building, great view. Situated on top hills of Sveti offer nice panorama. Having pool is great. Ideal for families without friends and maximum 1 child. Small convenient store close. They solve parking problem even if was not included (in a different location). Changing towels every day,
Review 7：- Unfriendly staff: we splashed some water out of the pool and the owner got very angry at us. After we apologized a few times she still seemed angry during the rest of our stay. It was an unpleasant feeling. - We had to pay 8 euro service fee that was not included in the price. I do not like the idea of paying more than is written on Booking.com. - Airco is located above the entrance door so in some sleeping rooms it becomes too hot

Review 10：The owners are so friendly and humble, very eager to know that we had everything we needed and that the apartment was ok for us. It was more than ok and so cheap for the amazing standard! The apartment was super modern, clean, very nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. We had a lovely balcony With amazing sea view. There's also a fantastic private pool which we used on the day we arrived as it was a bit late for the beach. Also knowing how expensive the beach chairs are and how crowded it gets it was nice to have this little private oasis to come back to. Altough there's a lot of stairs to get back up from the beach, we found this to be a good little hike at the end of the day and well Worth it to get the views that we had. A small, but well stocked mini market is located 30m from the flat and this was open from 6am to midnight so we didnt have to go anywhere else. Wish we could have stayed longer, but it was fully booked! :)

Review 27：The room was not very big, there is no table or chairs inside. There is not much to do in Sv.Stefan, only few shops and restaurants.
Review 28：Great place to spend your summer holidays! Sv.Stefan is the best place in Montenegro, if you are looking for a quiet, clean and fresh air place. The bus station is very close, and we easily found the place using the map on our phone. Our balcony had great view. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were very well welcomed by our host and could always ask for any help (umbrellas for sun and rain). The beach is just below, some steps to go down and climb up afterwards, but not too tiring. The right side of the beach is reserved for the guests of the hotel on the island Sv.Stefan, but the other half is as good as it, and it was for free. It was not crowded like the other beaches in Montenegro. Budva and other resorts are all very close. The sunset is beautiful. Всем рекомендую! Очень приятные теплые хозяева, во всем помагали, местоположение тихое, чистое, до пляжа недалеко по ступенькам - пляж лучший в Черногории. Красивый вид с балкона. Кухня оборудованная. Остановка рядом.
Review 29：Distance from the beach. You have to walk either on the serpentine (easyer) or several steep stairs (harder). Pebble beach.
