Review 1：Friendly, informative and attentive staff who quickly got to know their clientele. Excellent facilities eg pool area and garden, refreshments always available.

Review 6：Noisy Germans until midnight so didn't manage an early night the two nights I stayed. No fresh fruit at breakfast and brioche / croissants seemed stale .

Review 9：All in all we had a wonderful week there at the beginning of september. Our room was on the ground floor facing the pool area, right next to the public terrace and olthough it was not too lound when other people were sitting and talking there. Most of the time there were not many people so enough room and space and quietness around the pool and in the public area. Free wifi ion the terrace and reception. The room got cleaned every day, even if it did not need to. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was for italian standards surprisingly good. Free parking. 10 min to the center walk distance.

Review 19：The main weak point was that the breakfast was generally poor - with limited buffet options. When I tried to order 'a la carte' yesterday morning (which costs extra), I was told they couldn't cook me an omelette as they'd run out of eggs - but this was at 8.55am!! So I settled for manky cornflakes, bread and plasticky cheese. They were unable to provide a kettle for our room. WiFi is only in the lobby, and even there, it's very patchy and unreliable wherever you sit.

Review 21：Photos make hotel look more splendid than it is. We had a suite but notissues or tea making facilities in the room and only a hand shower overthe bath. Free wifi only available in reception although website saidavailable in suite. Loungers by pool uncomfortable and sprayed at nightso wet to lie on. Iron available but no ironing board in the hotel - not4*. Suite advertised with fully furnished terrace - turned out to be anarrow balcony with small table and two chairs overlooking the car park(I can send you photos if you would like them). Hotel at the top of ahill and no bus service to town where all the shops were - a problem formy partner who has lung problems - either walk or get a taxi. Went toSardinia for a wedding so served a purpose but a week was enough.Advertised as sky tv but could not get anything but news channels inEnglish and no radio.

Review 22：The staff were all very helpful and friendly. There was no cookedbreakfast and on the first day I asked about brown bread as there wasonly white and everyday after that I had some German rye bread. Alsoasked about grapefruit and was given a fresh one every day. On thelast night when it was absolutely pouring with rain they fitted us infor dinner as they were catering for a group. Pool towels availableon request.

Review 23：A bit of a walk/climb to the hotel from Santa Teresa main town - but this wasn't really a put-off for us as we had bikes with us.

Review 29：It is not a really 4 star hotel, it's better to say that this hotellooks like the mean 3 star hotel. The shower is not very clean andcomfort, also the breakfast is really poor.There are very strangebathrooms, one room may have shower without flexible douche, anotherroom has the bathtube without curtain and douche holder. I think thatroom should be renovated and improved. Bed also looks like the cheapestbed in the furniture shop. More over I suppose that hotel may add moresockets in the room, because now is 2013 and several devices need to becharged. For one or two nights is a good hotel, but for long holidays itis not a good choice.

Review 34：A lovely hotel. Not too large. Excellent rooms with efficient air conditioning. A good sized pool and never too busy - we were there August. Not too far from centre and taxis readily available. Spotless. No problems with sun beds. Breakfast served out on the terrace. Spent 3 nights there and didn't want to leave!

Review 35：The hotel is not well isolated and you can hear a lot of noise from neighbors. It is a 10 minutes walk, which is ok in the evening, but during the hot summer days, this is too far.

Review 36：Staff at reception gives a lot of extra information about the restaurants which should be visited. We tried them and we have to say that they have advised us very good restaurants. It's a pity that they don't have a dining room in the hotel, because they have the equipment and space for it.

To be fair we are not able to compare with other hotels in Santa Teresa, but we had one considerably cheaper 3* alternative, and simply expected more. And the advertised 5 minute walking distance to the beach would require a sprint in hilly terrain and, in our case, 30+ degrees. But the pool IS nice. :)
