Review 1：The room was really small, could be bigger if possible.

Review 2：Very close to Fujisawa station, and we could find Lawson and family mart just next to the hotel. The reception staff were very good too!

Review 3：The breakfast room seemed a bit small for a hotel of that size. On the first day of our stay there was a sizeable queue. The room was also a bit small.

Review 15：The location of the hotel is excellent. It just takes you 3 minutes to get to the station. The hotel is new and comfortable. There is free coffee machine at the entrance which you can enjoy yourself while waiting. There are lots of freebies for residents. The ladies stuff, bath powder, samples from Shishedo and different types of tea. I will definitely come back for next visit. Lawson supermarket is just next to the hotel. You have no worry on missing anything. The breakfast provided is good. You can enjoy a substantial one with both Japanese (rice, miso soup, dried fish, fish slice, steamed egg) and western food (toast, boiled egg).

Review 26：This is a business hotel converted to a leisure hotel, and offers all convenience, amenities and great choice breakfast. My husband is 6'+ tall and fitted nicely into the single bed which was really comfortable. Great train and bus access to Kamakura, Yokohama and even to Hakone (which may be a one night stay away.)

Review 40：When you step out of JR Fujisawa station, turn right and look up. You will see the hotel's name right above. That is the easiest way to identify the direction to walk. There is an elevator inside the station if you need it, otherwise you can walk down the stairs for the closest distance. Being a new hotel, it is only expected that the place is clean and facilities are in top condition. The heater was excellent and it really helped us to stay warm in our room. The toilet is spacious. We were given 2 packs of toiletries (staying 2 nights) which I think are specifically for ladies as it contains packets of lotions, shower cap and hair tie. I may be wrong. Being a konbini fan, I was absolutely delighted to know that a mid-sized Lawson connects directly to the hotel.The door closes for a short period past midnight until 5am though. So you'll have to walk out of the hotel to enter Lawson. 5 star stay!

Review 49：1. English proficiency of nighttime staff may need to be improved. At 1st night, the visitor next door made noise and I called front counter several times to complain. Unfortunately, the male staff wasn't able to communicate in English but he did check which room made that noise. Next day, my husband and I decided to change to another room and the daytime service staff made fast arrangement. The noise problem then was solved.
