Review 1：Decided to try Pizza's at hotel 1hr wait as staff were filling take away orders [38] while sit down customers waited. Mgt needs to realize Domino's takeaway is up the road, not good customer relationship.

Review 4：A spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed and plenty of parking spaces for guests. You can literally walk around the corner to the shops on the main street.

Review 7：Staff member at check in was inattentive with poor customer service skills. Kept being told the because i booked on line it was a problem. When i asked for clarity they kept saying booking on line is a problem despite having my booking there. When asking for separate receipts for my work colleague and myself it was a problem, when i asked online and in person for an upstairs room it was a blunt no and a bother that i even asked. In fact the experience was so poor it was funny. I should have left and went somewhere else. Really enjoyed my cockroach, blowfly and four spiders in each corner on the room. No cable tv.

Review 9：The early morning noise. Our room was right next to 3 storage rooms and staff could clearly be heard very early in the morning.

Review 16：Great location, walking distance to the main street. Pub next door with good food, also next to Thai restaurant and organic cafe. A short stroll to the rest. Clean, spacious room and bathroom. Mittagong and Berrima (specialty shops, lolly shops) minutes away by car. (One adult three kids. Family room.)

Review 25：The group of unruly drunks carrying on outside our door from 1am to 3am. As it's behind a pub they should have police present at closing time to make sure everyone goes elsewhere!

Review 27：The room was very cold even with the heater running @ 25 degrees all night and use of the extra blankets. It was very draughty and seemed impossible to keep warm. We actually prefer to sleep in a cool room but this was ridiculous.

Review 30：The hotel itself had a lot going for it. Great atmosphere. The motel rooms at the rear were spacious but otherwise unremarkable.

Review 31：Not happy with room. I requested downstairs and was given an upstairs room. Shower was awful and only 1 soap in the bathroom. We also went for dinner to the hotel and it was so disappointing. The hotel had one fire lit and it was so damn cold we had to wear our coats to eat. Could hardly even enjoy the overpriced meals. 1 staff member to serve drinks had to wait 10 minutes. Have stayed in the hotel many times but will not come back again.

Review 33：Location was right in heart of Bowral, close to all amenities. Room was clean and had everything we needed for the short stay. Was close to bike track so the kids had somewhere to ride their scooters, plus the walk was serene.

Review 34：The bed was saggy and squeaky and needs replacing as do the pillows (quite flat, even sleeping on both, still too flat and uncomfortable).

Review 35：The room was spacious, warm and comfortable. Good water pressure, clean cups and utensils and in walking distance of everything.

Review 36：Thankfully rooms had reverse cycle A/C as we had to leave the heater on 24/7 the rooms were so cold in winter. A wall blow heater in the bathroom would be a great improvement. Service staff forgot to refresh rooms some days despite appropriate note on door. Don't be put off by afternoon/evening booking staff.

Review 37：Location is very convenient if you don't have a car. Newly renovated, the Motel is very clean with modern A/C. Double brick, and modern plumbing are welcome and make the rooms quiet. A great place for a spring to autumn stay. We were in a party with 5 rooms over 4 days and morning staff were very accommodating and helpful.
