Review 1：The hotel was brand new and so the staff appeared to have never run a hotel before. We had to ask for everything from drinks with our meal to a hair dryer and soaps in the bedroom. More experience needed and training for the staff! They were very helpfull when we asked for assistance however I don't feel we should have to ask for everything when you have paid for a service.
