Review 1：The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. While simple, the apartment was very clean and had what we needed. The location was extremely close to the caves (2 minute drive, 10 minute walk). There were several places to eat within a few blocks. It snowed overnight and the staff had all the walkways shoveled by early in the morning.

Review 6：Ground floor apartment does not have much options to use the windows since they open right to the backyard. We would have made use of a fridge, there were none in the apartment. Luckily it was cold enough outside. :-)

Review 10：We got upgraded to an apartment, nice room with quick access to the parking garage. The breakfast on display is plain, but you can ask for eggs and they're happy to serve your requests. Location is good (main square), GPS-nav found it easily. The Postojna caves are only a few-minute drive away. Wifi was stable in both the room and the restaurant.

Review 11：The apartment is small but clean and comfortable. It is easy to find and parking is secure and free. We enjoyed our stay here. The staff is nice. The dinner dishes we had at the hotel restaurant were all beyond our expectation. Breakfast was also very good. Strongly recommended.

Review 20：The worst part of the stay is the tolling of the loud bells from the church around the corner. The quarter-hourly chimes 24/7 are reasonably soft and don't disturb much, but the bells also toll every morning at 7am for several minutes, and they seem to do this every hour on Sunday mornings. Thus, getting some sleep after 7am is quite difficult. The curtains are white and transluscent, leaving only the venetian blinds to prevent the morning light streaming into the room, which they only manage to do with moderate success. The double beds are not double beds at all, but are simply two adjacent single beds. Even in non-peak season, the hotel does not have enough parking for their guests, which means you will need to park down the nearby street about 500 metres down the road, since the closer spots are all paid parking and would require you to get to your car by 7am, since the parking meters do not allow you to pay the night before for the following morning.

Review 21：The room is nice and very clean and the staff are friendly. The breakfast is excellent, since you can order any hot food that you like, including pancakes. The welcome and the departure were accompanied with nice touches, with some Slovenian-style fruit tea and fresh fruit upon our arrival and some nice gingerbread souvenir biscuits on departure. They have an excellent restaurant, with dinners of high quality food consisting of very generous portions.

Review 22：We were woken up by bells from the church every 15 mins from 6am. It was Sunday morning though, so might have been why, so many, so often. Ear plugs would have worked a treat. Not the hotels fault - but good to be aware of the fact the bells are close (across the road).

Review 23：Great coffee! Best I've had on this trip. Made from a proper coffee machine - the perfect cafe latte! Friendly and welcoming staff. Easy to find, good location. We ate at the restaurant for dinner - food and service was awesome. Would recommend this place to stay.

Review 24：Service - welcome drink and fruit plate was a surprise to us. Well equipped with a garage and super nice restaurant. Also get discount on the cave and castle ticket. The location is good as well with tourist information, supermarket and even the cave are within walking distant.

We were welcomed with cold drink, fresh fruits and smiling faces. It is only five minutes’ walk from the cave, which is huge advantage for this extremely busy atraction. If you are planning to stay in Postonia, don’t miss this hotel!!!

Review 31：The interior design of the room was not my taste with the dark red bed covers and the bright green shower and the cave pictures. It didn't really harmonise...but hey that's personal taste. The only down site was that the pictures online to show the room type didn't actually match with the room type we received. We ordered a Superior Quadruple room and when I looked at the pictures the layout looked different, with bright interior and larger space. We've been told that the images where from a Suite and not from a Superior Quadruple room. This was misleading and added a little bit of a downer to our trip. Would be great if in the future only the pictures matching the room type would be shown when you click on the room type to get more info.

Review 32：Brilliant check in with fruit and ice tea on arrival. We really loved our dinner, it was decorated nicely and tasted fantastic. The staff was friendly, air conditioning working perfect.

Review 52：First of all the staff was great offering us a welcome drink and fruits and wet towels when we arrived from a long drive from Italy. That never happened to us in any other accomodation. Their English was percect which was a nice surprise after being in Italy where most of the staff spoke bad english. The appartment was huge and comfortable, very clean, two floors two toilets big shower and big balcony too. All kitchen appliances were provided. Wifi was excellent and very fast! This hotel is highly recommended!

You get discount in the cave as well if you use the restaurant, where the food is very tasty and I strongly recommend the "gulash". If I have the chance to come back to that beautiful Slovenian town again, I would definitely stay in this hotel.

Review 101：This is not the hotel's fault but my only complaint was with the couple and their child staying in the above apartment. They were very noisy, and for some reason keep leaving the main door open and lights on. I saw them walking back from breakfast in the morning and they were arguing then as well.

Review 102：I stayed here for one night, and upon check in I was welcomed with tea and croissant. The apartment was round the side of the restaurant which was where check in was. It looked new and was very clean. You get a 10% discount to the caves which is 15minute walk away. The breakfast was excellent, lovely coffee made on request as well as scrambled eggs. Freshly made chocolate filled croissants was delicious.

They didnt had free parking space so they paid the parking for the car at the hotel opposite the hotel. Our only regret that we could stay one more night because we had to get home.

Review 113：A fridge would have been nice. There is a church close by that we BELIEVE had some sort of broken program. Every 15 minutes it would go off and at :45 and :00 of every hour would ring for about 5 minutes. This was on a Monday and Tuesday, all day and NIGHT. I expect church bells on a Sunday morning but what's up with that? No one knew. I mostly slept through it the first night but it really kept my friend up. Front desk staff not that helpful and were doing double duty as waiters and had to get up in the middle of checking you in/out to go make coffee. Odd.

Review 121：There was nothing I didn't like. One small thing that the registration should remember to do - explain the 2nd key. Didn't realize it was for the outer door until we returned from breakfast and didn't think we could access our room since the outer door was locked. Thankfully the cleaning woman was able to unlock the door and show us the right key to use.
