Review 1：Lacks a little charm, outdoor onsen was closed every day due to snow which is weird since this is a winter snow resort and there was a typical amount of snow in the area.

Review 4：The hotel is very comfortable and staff particularly helpful. Our room was a good size and accommodated 3 people quite easily. The view in any direction is lovely. The onsen is fabulous after a day on the slopes. Breakfast had a good variety of Western and Asian style foods. The hotel bus was very helpful getting us to and from ski slopes and restaurants in the village.
Review 5：The beds were very hard and not comfortable. The location was not as close to the ski areas as I thought it would be based on the price.
Review 6：The staff was very helpful and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was large with a lovely view. The onsen was a pleasant surprise.
Review 7：One of unexpected point is we cannot ski back to the hotel. The most nearest ski lift is about 600m away from this hotel, need shuttle bus or drive yourself.

Review 11：Beds are extremely uncomfortable. If you like sleeping on ply-board, this is the hotel for you. WiFi is very spotty and even when connected, very slow. Hotel looks as it has not been updated since Olympics.
