Review 1：The spiral staircase to the room. If you were older than us you would struggle to get up and down. Tea/ coffee not replaced for second day ...no clean cups!!!!f Beds/room not made second day so wish we had been told they didn't do the beds and we would have made them with pleasure but would really have liked to make a tea/coffee first thing on 2nd morning...found it all rather strange. Had to ask for sachets. Pity.
