Review 1：The staff are very very well mannered and organized not to mention...So friendly.. Accomodation is fantastic. I can say very comfortable rooms. The location also is awesome next to this hotel are so so many restaurants you could choose from also yellow cab is on its rights side and mcdonalds infront other fastfood chains. Also minutes away from SM Lanang Mall.
Review 2：Truly,the big downside of this property is its location right next to a large group of restaurants that have a live outside band playing on Friday and Saturday nights.The noise generated by this made it impossible to sleep until after midnight. We were moved to a room on the far side second floor but really you could still hear the bass sounds.Other than that this hotel would rate 4 stars from me.It unfortunately will cause me to avoid this hotel in the future...

Review 10：Very noisy at night because the hotel is next to bars. I left something in the room upon check-out and the staff didnt even call me about it. I needed to follow them up via phone and it took 12 hours before they got back to me, saying that indeed they have the item. Not a good sign of service and integrity.

Review 26：This is my fourth time staying here and there is good reason why. Friendly, efficient service. Big clean rooms. Great location for my needs. Lanang SM mall is just across the street. Buffet breakfast was simple but well done. I would recommend this hotel.
