Reviews for Moryak

Review 1:Restruant menu is poor..

Review 2:Great satisfied. Good access to everywhere city center and famous sites. Kind staff and clean room. Good view over Vladi port. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Review 3:We stayed there for three nights. No hot water on the first night. No electricity on the second night. Water supply was even cut off on the third night. This may not be the hotel's fault but please beware of this if you make a trip to Vladivostok.

Review 4:Very good location, despite the steep slope before the hotel.

Review 5:The whole hotel needed a major renovation...the shower floor was dangerously on a slant...its the smallest bathroom I ever saw. Carpets were dirty and the walls painted an ugly green color. It was not comfortable.

Review 6:I liked the convenience of the location and the price was good. The staff speaks some English.

Review 7:Location is great, not far from the train station (although there is a steep climb to get there)

Review 8:Avoid at all costs. I have been travelling in Russia for more than 10years stayed in many cities across the country and this was by farthe worst. Hotel demanded different price on arrival to what wasbooked for on booking.com, claiming the price had changed. Staff isrude (by Russian standards) and facilities are dirty, old andinoperable. I had to have a cold shower (with -30 outside), and therewere bugs in the bed.

Review 9:Old, shabby room. The bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen. Toilet was so near the door that to sit on it one had to keep the door to the room completely open..

Review 10:Central location. No need for taxis to and from the station.

Review 11:My room has combined combination bath room, it was really small! Do not use a check for Breakfast, because if You do not use it, You will not get Your money back. You may take some juice, but in the Hotel I could use the check o buy a cigaretts or beer. I took 2 bottles with juice and used 200 roubles check, but later found that 1 bottle costs 40 roubles in the store!

Review 12:Good Location ( the center, near the main streets and railroad station). Close enough to AeroExpress to get an airport.

Review 13:Only hotel we've visited in Russia which charges tourists for registration.

Review 14:Central location, very near train station, Wi-fi worked. Laundry service good.

Review 15:There is no elevator .

Review 16:I liked the location, at a walking distance from/ to railway station , ferry boat terminal, downtown. The staff on the reception desk was always kind and speaking English. The laundry service was o.k. At the 4-th floor, we had a nice view on the bay.

Review 17:The walls were as thin as rice paper. You could plainly hear conversations in adjacent rooms, as well as the noise from the plumbing when someone used the tap. Speaking of noise, the other guests make a point to be extremely loud until roughly 4am, so if you need to sleep then you should bring ear plugs. The beds were so thin that I could feel the springs pushing into my skin. The decor was 1970s drab.. No free wi-fi- if you wanted access you have to purchase an internet card which is cumbersome. In short, I would never recommend this hotel unless you have absolutely no other options.

Review 18:The staff were extremely helpful and always pleasant to deal with. They deserve to be at a quality hotel, which the Moryak is not.

Review 19:Great location for the train station. Simple hotel, does the job for a fair price. Also we're happy to do a half rate to midnight for late train/check out.

Review 20:Everything! The staff was speaking english and were helpfull; The location is very near to all main atractions of the city; The rooms are very clean - they change towels and clean the room every day; Compared with other Vladivostok hotels is a good value for money

Review 21:We were on top floor (6th)-hotel has no lift. Room was sparsly furnished with cheap furniture - no wardrobe. Window blinds broken, door to balcony could not be opened - maybe because balcony was dangerous to walk out on.Bathroom was well worn, bad installation and maintained.

Review 22:Location, had a bath, plenty hot water. Had a kettle.

Review 23:Cleanness of bedsheet.

Review 24:Location

Review 25:Previous guests smoked in the room

Review 26:Room, bed and toilet were dirty.

Review 27:Location is great!

Review 28:extra small bathroom, sometimes no hot water

Review 29:location near the train station

Review 30:room was never cleaned, wifi and map of the city for an extra cost, really uncomfortable beds (the springs hurt!)

Review 31:good location

Review 32:Bathroom too small, really!

Review 33:Very kind staff, they register the VISA for 30 rub.

Review 34:No conditioner.

Review 35:Excellent,city center location, close the railway station,English speaking staffs,I will be back here again!
