Review 1：A small fridge would have been nice in the room.

Review 2：Good location, friendly staff. Our room was clean and large. Good price/value. The garage was 5 EUR/day, but having a heavy snow storm outside it was priceless :)

Review 3：Sufficient facilities provided for a 4 star hotel with in door secure parking with small charge. Breakfast is good at its class. Staff are helpful. If electric kettle is provided, I have nothing to complain. 15 min walk to the cave entrance, and several restaurants and a bigger supermarket nearby.

Review 4：It's not a 4* hotel. We arrived at around 8:30 p.m. and I had to wait 20min at the reception-desk to check-in, because there was no one there. Very annoying - especially when there is no excuse. Breakfast choice was poor and part of the dishes was dirty. There was no Minibar in the room. The bathroom door was battered and fixed with tape.

Review 9：Common with many busy larger hotels our breakfast experience was dominated by the actions of others determined to eat as much as possible in the shortest period of time before back on the coach... not sure what any hotel can do to balance this, but something to be considered.

Review 10：This is a modern hotel in the centre of town. It provided all the required facilities and was clean and comfortable if a little lacking in the character department. The staff were kind and engaging and recommended a very good restaurant nearby for our evening meal, which was both excellent and great value.

Review 11：Air conditioner not in season yet - was too hot in early evening. Wifi was woeful - in and out constantly. Garage could not be opened with any ticket that we were given.
