Review 1：The bathroom is very small, so it can not fit into the category two star hotel. The staff is friendly but with some deficiencies in solving requests, cleanliness means just changing the trash bags, carpet is stained on some corridors. The room is quite cold at night and the heat stops completely at day. For this reason we requested an electric heater at 4 o`clock in the mourning and the receptionist brought one to our room without any problem.

Review 2：The hotel is centrally located with easy access to the park, cable car and railway station. The rooms are newly renovated and provides a basic confort. Wi-Fi internet is present anywhere in the hotel area and works at very good speed.

Review 4：Excellent location, in town and 5 mins to the railway station. I arrived by train late at night, and after a scary 5mins climb up in near darkness from the station to get to the town, the hotel was right there one of the first buildings near the station. What a relief! There is a bank just next door.

Review 6：I was early for booking in and they phoned me when my room was ready so I didn't have to wait about. Lovely building. Good view of the mountains. Very central and near railway station.

Review 8：Staff were unhelpful and gave us a room that was not what we had paid for. When we questioned them, they changed our room and again, it was not the one we paid for (we had paid for the apartment). After much discussion we were eventually given a refund of the "difference" in cost but it took a long time to get to that point. We were referred to the Manager of the sister hotel across the street and he was very professional and helped us out. I would therefore, say that maybe that hotel would be a better choice.

Review 17：The hotel is 5min walk from the train station, and is on the main Sinaia boulevard, so a few minutes away from the tourist office, the telecabin, the main supermarket and restaurants.

Review 18：Really good location at the start of the village, easy access to train station although bit of a hike as up hill. We paid extra for excellent buffet breakfast which is taken across road at sister larger hotel, we also used their indoor pool for free. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Review 19：It smelled like cigarette smoke ALL THE TIME. Especially in the bathroom which doesn't look that good... breakfast is almost inexistent.

Review 20：Location! Staff is friendly, the bed is comfortable, good shower, large balcony. I managed to get a hair dryer from the reception desk.

Review 21：I paid for my breakfast but couldn't use it as the hotel doesn't have a breakfast room - the breakfast (additional cost) is being brought to the room at some time between 8:30 and 10 am. So you cannot plan anything and must stay in the room at this time. My train was at 9:30 and I had to leave without eating the breakfast as I would miss the train otherwise. The staff apologised but I wasn't offered to get the money back I paid for it. A shame!

Review 22：simple but clean hotel with excellent prices and unbeaten location. The building itself is very beautiful, right next to the central park of Sinaia, where the Grand Hotel and the Casino are.

Review 23：Last time I complained that it wasn't enough warm in the room. Now I got a much warmer apartment (again for the rate of a single room!). It was amazing to look through the open window at the wonderful snowing landscape outside while feeling comfortable inside. I'm taking this as an evidence of their following up seriously the clients' reviews and doing their best to suit their needs.

Review 30：This time I got a room on the 3rd floor. It seems that ventilation doesn't work properly since a bad smell "welcomed" me while exiting the elevator. The ventilation in my bathroom didn't work either, whence my assumption that this might be also the case of other rooms on that floor, explaining the bad smell on the corridor.

The location of the hotel is ultra-central, acros the road lies the park, the Sinaia Casino is just a 5 minutes walk away (across the park) and the Peles Castle is only 10 minutes walk away. Just brilliant :-) 4. The services are exquisite, the wifi is high-speed, there is a 5 place parking reserved for hotel guests and we could leave our car until the afternoon free of charge. 5. The hotel furnishings are very new and one can tell the good taste.

Review 34：If you keep the bathroom door closed, it will get some smell as it does not have any natural ventilation. Noise insulation could be better, you can hear very well what is going on in the hall or in the room above.

Review 41：It was so cold, the weather had deteriated and the heating was only coming on a couple of hours in the evening and possibly the morning but we were leaving early. The staff were friendly but everytime we asked a question the information was wrong such as the time of breakfast in the hotel or the time the cable car stops.

Review 42：We only stayed a night so the fact the hotel is only five minutes from the station was a major factor in our choice plus the cost. The hotel is in the centre,modern and very clean. Its about 15min to Peles castle passing the monastary on the way. We did'nt have breakfast but went to their more expensive sister hotel opposite for a buffet breakie which cost a couple of pounds more.

Review 47：- We book a night as we arrive late by train and on google map, the hotel is around 500m away from the train station. - What we did not know is that the hotel is located on a much upper level than the train station. We have to drag our large suitcase along the stairs and slope which is HARD work. I would have taken a taxi on retrospect.

Review 48：I did not like the bathroom. In my twin room, the bathroom was clean but incredibly small, with a weird shower curtain smaller than the shower. A big person would really have difficulties moving in such a bathroom. As I've understood, there are better rooms/bathrooms, but at that time it was the only room available.

Review 49：The hotel is located on the main street, next to the central park and close to everything you might need. Even though the room (a twin room) was rather small and the bathroom was incredibly small with just a curtain on the shower, I really appreciated it for being clean. I would recommend it for 2-3 nights of accommodation, for people who want something safe, clean, centrally located, that need a bed/shower and do not care to much about all sorts of extras (lets not forget it has 2 stars).

Review 52：The staff is super efficient in answering to client's need. My husband sprained his foot and cannot walk up to the hotel from the station. We had no Lei to take a taxi as it is too early to get exchange they sent a driver to take us up and prepared a big bag of ice-cubes to help relieve the pain. My greatest gratitude to their help.

It's very convenient to get there from the train station, though the hotel is in the city center. I was staying in the corner room with an awesome view from the balcony. I wish I return to Romania in winter with a company of friends and stay in Rina Cerbul!

Review 58：Dated Still smelled of smoke despite being a no smoking room. This may be something common in Romania though. The linen was clean but it was still possible to smell smoke when spending a night in a room where people have smoked in the past.
