Review 1：Not really about the hotel, but access to the wellness center must be booked in advance, so no possibility to enjoy if you have suddenly unexpected free time.

Review 3：Glass door on the bathroom and lack of assistance in the way of handgrips for getting in and out of the bath/shower. I slipped and fell as the side of the bath is high.

Review 6：An amazing property. Staff could not be friendlier. Everywhere you where greeted with a good morning or good night. Each guest was greeted in their own language. Bar and restaurant all amazing.

Review 7：coming from the beach there is no possibility to dry the stuff on the balcony - no hook. our room was under the roof, 3rd floor, was really hot. no ventilator available, we kept the doors to the balcony always open.

Review 8：The hotel is near to the beach -about 350m to walk- located a a roundabout close to the centre of the village. Rooms to the backyard are really quite. Enough parking space free of charge.

Review 9：I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past five years. After this last visit I will not be returning. I have noticed that one of the receptionists has an abrupt and unfriendly manner, which I had previously assumed was just the Dutch way of doing business. However, on this visit she was rude and argumentative with me when I questioned one of the charges on the bill during check-out. I have stayed at numerous hotels throughout the world on business, and I don't think I have ever encountered such an unpleasant receptionist.

Review 13：The hotel allows people in No Smoking rooms to smoke on their balconies which can allow smoke to drift into your No Smoking room which is not pleasant if you are a non smoker. Also the usual policy of allowing people to smoke just outside the main entrance means you usually have to pass through smokers everytime you go in and out of the hotel.

Good bathroom with shower (nobath) Excellent breakfast with huge choice of cereal, fruit, cooked andcold meats, bread, cheeses, juice and strong coffee. Helpful staff.Superb free gym and spa facilities next door at Azzuro - massive cardiogym and lovely pool/jacuzzi/sauna etc. Free parking on site.Free WiFi was very welcome - it was fast and reliable. Hotel not toobusy when we stayed. Might be different when busy. Good location forvisiting Keukenhof and bulbfields. Amsterdam only 40 minutes by car.

Review 37：Our rooms was on the front of the hotel and there was a lot of noise from the bars further down the street.

Review 38：Rooms were very comfortable with a great bathroom. The hotel was very tastefully decorated and very restful. The spa looked great though we didn't get to use it as the weather was fabulous. Breakfast excellent.

Review 39：The bed was two separate beds place next to each other to act as one, the shower was similar to the one I have home with a leakage. The atmosphere seemed for for the elderly not a young couple.

Review 46：Delux double bedroom was 2 single beds pushed together to look like a double with single duvets. There was only a shower, no bath, and no tea or cofffee making facilities. A double bed I think is a necessity when you book and pay for a "delux double". Lastly not a lot spaces for the size of the hotel but we did get a space each day.
