Review 1：Not close to the core of Vladivostok. But I walked downtown twice. About 20-30 minutes each way.
Review 2：Good convenient hotel. Nice rooms and on-site parking. Fairly new with a coffee bar/ restaurant/ bar that opens early and stays open all day.
