Review 1：We waited one and a half hours to check in; the phone number provided was answered by a man who was abusive and hung up although we checked and the number given by the agent was correct. Our only contact was with the cleaner who spoke no English and was unhelpful. We paid an additional @40 euros for cleaning for only 3 days yet the place was dusty and builders' refuse left on balcony when we arrived. No anti-mosquito mesh; no fans; AC leaked; no socket to plug in washing machine; shower leaked; TV remote had no batteries; kitchen poorly equipped; not even a bottle of water provided on arrival. The agent agreed an extra day's rental then the evening before told us we had to change apartment so we packed and checked into a hotel. All inconvenient and left us feeling stressed and unwelcome.
