Review 1：a little under-furnished, e.g. one bedside table per room, only one small heater in the apartment which made me wonder about comfort in the winter.

Review 5：Gorgeous apartment with a great view of the lake. The apartment allocated had three bedrooms, so our teenage boys had a room each. King size bed was so comfortable. Master bedroom had lovely en suite, and main bathroom had a spa bath. Our boys enjoyed the pool and sauna and games room. A perfect place to stay.

Review 6：The guy at the check- in desk was more keen on leaving work then checking us in. Maybe he was having a bad day. Will ask for the apartment with views of the lake next time.

Review 10：Fabulous apartment with fantastic facilities available. Two swimming pools and two hot tubs, bbq areas and a tennis court. The views were just amazing and we couldn't have hoped for a better place to stay. They arrange a kayak tour and we had a brilliant time as a family outing .

Review 11：We stayed over new year's so, unfortunately, partying of young people in apartments was too loud and their congregations in spa and pool made the facilities inaccessible to families with kids. Parking can be an issue, as space outside the units is very limited.

Review 13：No window or aircon in the ground floor apartment we stayed in, room can get very stuffy (unless you're comfortable leaving the outside door open at all times). Garage door very narrow (we need to fold the side mirrors for a Toyota 4WD to get into the garage with only centimetres to spare).

Review 21：The cleanliness in the kitchen is totally unacceptable. We found one very oily plate and spoon in the drawer that looked like they were just being wiped after use instead of being cleaned.The hood above the stove was very oily too. There was also a bottle of shampoo ( the hotel's ), which was almost empty, found in the shower cubicle.Other than these, we had a enjoyable stay.

Review 38：This was a very roomy comfortable condo unit, ideal for several days stay with friends or family. Nice kitchen and laundry.

Review 39：the twin beds pushed together to make a king size bed was most uncomfortable, the bed was hard, the bulge of the mattress protector and the zipper in the middle was extremely uncomfortable, and the bed making skills where scruffy. This was the one negative of our stay, and unfortunately, a good nights sleep is rather important.

Review 41：It was in a lovely quiet setting with all the comforts of home. For us it was a plus to be out of town. But It is a bit of a hike to town although only a two minute drive, so if you have a car no worries. Our hosts were wonderful.

Review 42：Apartment and complex is getting worn, lots of small maintenance needs to be done, most evident in the games room, which is looking distinctly 1970s. The reception staff told us we had by far the best apartment; if that's true then others could be rough. Finally, the room wasn't available until 4pm and we had to call them to ask if it was ready yet.

Review 77：This resort is just beautiful! I would have stayed longer if I could. There is a pool and tennis court as well! Convenient location, only a 5min drive to Lake Wanaka. The place is very clean and spacious with all equipment provided. There is even a laundry in the apartment, with washing powder provided for. Wifi was FREE and good to use, 2 devices at a time though. Only downside in the kitchen was we couldn't find a chopping board. Very clean and comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and assisted with bookings as well. Absolute gem!

Review 81：Ground floor units have no view but there is a great view from the pool and recreation area. This unit was on a corner close to roads. No natural ventilation as apartment has no windows only large sliding doors.

Review 84：The apartment was spacious with upmarket décor. The view was spectacular of the mountains and the lake but make sure you request a room with a view. The kids enjoyed the gym, pool and we had a couple of games of tennis. The hostess was very helpful and friendly with advice and booking activities. The TV broke and it was replaced within hours. The washing machine and dryer in the apartment was great. We felt very much at home and didn't want to leave.

Review 89：We were happy to have choosen the Alpine Resort. Although a bit outside of Wanaka I really can recommend the apartments. The rooms are huge and the kitchen is well equipped. As the weather was fine we were even able to have dinner outside on the terrace. The apartment has an attached garage and a washing machine with dryer. We liked it and would come here again.

Review 103：Towels did not smell fresh. Heated towel rail didn't work. Shower sealant stained and grout could do with a good clean. Same for the range hood. For a new apartment it looked a bit knocked around. We found the mattress and furniture low quality.

Great to have such a large 3 bedroom apartment, 2 bathrooms and our own laundry at such a reasonable price. Kids loved the tennis court and the view of the mountains was lovely. We will be back!

Review 107：Terrible soundproofing - we were on ground floor and were kept up by people upstairs until 0100 both nights due to noise. Can hear them walking around and could even hear them urinate the walls/ceiling that thin. They weren't even being noisy. Needs heaters in bedroom.
