Review 1：-taking a melex late in the night to reach the building with the room (what is cool in Cuba with Cuban weather is not so cool in Poland during late autumn -40 PLN for parking... you expect this to be included in the room price, especially when you take a nice (and not cheap) room...

Review 3：The hotel is built upon the water. It was very special to be able to sit on the balcony and look over the water and see the town and many sailboats. Breakfast was very nice.

Review 4：This hotel has great potential, if they made some changes to their evening dining experience. The biggest problem is that they do not have a place to get light meals or snacks and everything closes at 9 p.m. If you are at the spa until 9 p.m. you have to go into town to get food which defeats the purpose of a relaxing spa. They have a pub in the same building as the spa, but it is very formal. I would have preferred it stayed open later and had lighter, healthier options such as teas and healthy salads to feast on after going to the spa. They also have a very nice bar on the lower level of the main building where you can play pool or go bowling. Adding snack foods like tapas, succhi, etc. would be great addition for those who prefer to eat something after 9 p.m.

Review 5：What an enjoyable experience. The spa and the rooms on the water create a peaceful ambiance and a relaxing experience. They have a fantastic breakfast and dinner buffet in main dining area.

Review 7：Standard hotelu,pokój, balkon, przemiła i pomocna obsługa,oryginalne memu w barze na wyspie, spa a szczególnie zabiegi na najwyższym poziomie, dopieszczaja nawet najbardziej wymagających, to był wyjazd na kilka dni z mama aby odpocząć i zapomnieć o Bożym świecie... I zdecydowanie się udało. Brak pogody nie dokucza.. Przez 3 dni można praktycznie nie wychodzić z hotelu. Będzie tu wracać! :)

Review 8：Many of staff spoke poor English - upon arrival (11.30pm) no-one could speak English. Bars closed early. Bathroom floor flooded after shower. SPA facilities were nice but not as luxury as you would see in other 5* hotels. Receptionist had limited knowledge of activities in the area.

Review 12：It was a bit confusing at first with the hotel being away from the reception building and the parking being outside the entry. We did get used to walking. The electric car helped us with our luggage.

Review 13：The location of the hotel right on the lake was lovely. We loved the very modern facility. The rooms were wonderful--spacious and clean and we had wonderful terraces overlooking the lake. The breakfast was outstanding. We ate all our meals in the Island Pub restaurant and it was truly exceptional! The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Review 16：The welcome was a horror. We stood with 1-year old boy in cold waiting outside for over half an hour for the promised pick-up. Only our fourth intervention was successful. We reserved one large bed but got two single ones instead. The cleaning was not up to the standard - lots of cigarette ash on our balcony, lots of dust, dead insects and old candy under our sofa and the breakfast area had dirty floor and wall outside while many chairs had spiderwebs. Calls to reception would often get unanswered for minutes - not a five-star-hotel standard. This is the first hotel that charged us extra for an access to kid's channel. The room rate was over 1100 pln and asking extra 5 pln for access to Mini Mini (channel that pays itself with advertising) seemed like an unnecessary joke. There were very few sun beds in the pool area - people would fight for them. Some side protection in the island restaurant did not seem enough for small kids - the bottom line was too high and an unattended child could fall into water. The choice in the minibar had very few soft drink options and no sweets. The check-out was painful - long line of people with loud complaints (wrong room allocated, broken coffee machine, heater that could not be switched off etc.) being served extremely slowly. I stood almost half an hour to prolong the room card. I took time making sure the parking ticket would work and it still wouldn't. OVERALL a great hotel in terms of its location and facilities but the staff seriously lacks proper training.

Review 17：The apartments are breathtaking - large rooms, high ceiling, nice design, own bridge and garden furniture. The hotel location is perfect with view on the water in all directions. The food was tasty throughout (breakfasts, lunches and grill dinner) and there was nice live music in the evening. The pool area has a pool for kids with very warm water and a slide. There was kids corner in the hotel with a dedicated lady. Wifi was fast and did not have login pages.

Review 19：Location is simply fabulous. Spacious rooms which are well appointed overlooking the lake.The duck main was the best duck dish I have ever eaten in my six year stay in Poland. Service was excellent from everyone, very attentive and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in the spa and used the varied facilities that they have on offer. As I am trained holistic therapist myself I was curious to try the Ayurvedic treatments. I arrived feeling tired, tearful and upset and needed a instant pick me up to restore my equilibrium so I booked from the Oriental ceremonies a ' Shirodhara - third eye massage. Within two mins of the treatment I was feeling more like myself, it was truly amazing. The warm oil is applied to the head and then massaged and I was left feeling centred. So impressed by the therapist that I booked a second treatment before my departure the next morning, she recommended a 'Udvartana' a powder treatment and it had the desired effect. This hotel is well worth the drive from Warsaw to re connect with your self and be at one with nature.

Review 38：Breakfeast was delayed 45 min. Instead of 7,00 am they said same morning it will be 7,40. Only "HOT" water in bathroom, after 6 times complained and checked 2 days, every time they said it is solved and they checked but it wasn´t! No compensaation offered! i got new room 2.nd evening but no double bed as booked. . Stuff was not friendly, not motivated to help me and to solve problem.This is definetly 5 STAR standard.
