Review 1：Everything was perfect, location, view from the apartment on Sveti Stefan is amazing, the owners are very friendly and helpful, definitely worth a visit :)

Review 2：Quite noisy as on a main road. Kitchen facilities adequate but limited - short of knives etc No saucepans provided - not really needed but should be in an apartment.

Review 9：Owners not often on site to ask questions,especially on arrival, handed our key by their 2 young children, who barely spoke, so didnt know you had to switch hot water on in room, freezing cold shower therefore for 2 nights! No hob at all in our room to cook and certainly would have been hard as no kitchen and room tiny,bed sheets only singles so slept under top cover much of time! Dijana restaurant closed entire stay, not sure why and wifi barely ever connects, again not sure why. Overall the view and location makes your stay and the room is comfortable but just lots of little things let it down.

Review 10：Lovely location for Sveti Stefan, amazing, panoramic sea views from our balcony on the second floor,near a few nice restaurants and mini supermarket and beach walking distance with nice beach bar and sun beds at a price! Our room was warm and peaceful (when there wasn't a storm!) but in the room, absolutely no information about anything, though there is a kettle and a fridge which is useful.

Review 11：The bed-clothes has been changed just one time during the 10 days of our vacation, just after we had asked for it. There is no kitchen, just a frige and a kettle, very simple set of crockery (to be honest we were warned about it in advance). The room for two is very small, around 6 m2. But the view is fantastic!

Review 12：A large balcony with the best view to the sea and Sv.Stefan island you can imagine. Good TVset with satellite, WiFi worked well during the daytime and very early in the morning. The sea-view appartments are quiet, no noise.

Review 13：For the Price we payed we would have expected a bigger apartment. My Impression is, that you pay much more for the view on Sveti Stefan instead of the rooms. The room has been very small - very difficult to open two luggages without falling over them and also the kitchen equipment didn't really allow us to prepare a nice dinner.

Review 14：Our apartment was on the second floor and the terrace had an amazing view on Sveti Stefan - with a wine and something to eat we stayed there half the night enjoying the atmosphere. Also the room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Review 17：Wonderful location - very central, just a couple of metres from the bus stop and Drago, the very best restaurant in Sveti Stefan and around :) The balconies overlook the sea and Sveti Stefan island. Very friendly hosts - we've enjoyed our stay and had absolutely nothing to complain about. Thank you, Dijana and Simo, we're dreaming about getting back already.

Review 18：On arrival when trying to park the car a man from the apartments next door told us to move so as not to park opposite the entrance to his apartments, although there were no signs saying not to park there. We moved the car to a spot opposite Apartments Dijana but Dijana suggested we move it later further up the road - again not sure why but in the end we couldn't anyway because there were no spaces anywhere else. I'm guessing maybe the local business owners have some sort of agreement about whose customers park where but this is not clear to arriving guests and I didn't really like being told off by the man next door on arrival whilst trying to squeeze into a tight parking spot- not a great welcome! Although we liked the room there were 2 problems - the sliding doors on the balcony didn't lock properly. Also we were disappointed with the kitchen facilities and agree with another reviewer that it is not at all clear that you can't cook in the room - so if you're travelling on a budget hoping to do some self catering, you won't be able to do it here. There are two hobs but no pots and pans to cook and we were told it's not safe to cook in the room as there is no ventilation system. That's fine but I think the description of the apartment should be changed on booking.com- it's more like a hotel really.

Review 19：We stayed for just one night on our way back to Kotor. The apartments were easy to find and actually closer to the beach than I had thought. We got to choose between 2 rooms when we arrived which was nice, and chose one on the first floor with a view of Sveti Stefan. The room and balcony were lovely, clean and comfortable and after going to the beach we also enjoyed using the small pool on the terrace and sitting watching the sun go down.

Review 20：Advertised as an apartment with kitchenette but just a small room with kitchenette. No seating apart from balcony. Advised by owner that no pots/pans as they didn't want people cooking in rooms!!

Review 22：We felt it was a bit expensive, but i guess it's like that around sv Stefan. The satelite tv channels were a bit bizarre - seemed to be only strange african, asian and middle eastern channels, but i guess it's convenient enough to catch up on the daily eritrea news ;-)

Review 36：I think that the price could be less but honestly I do not know to many other locations to compare. First week we stayed in the north of Montenegro where was much cheaper :) Sandy beach is in the other city, 20 minutes away by car (Budva).

Review 37：Very good located. Staff very helpfull and well speaking English. Our appartement had great view over the sea and inland and was well equipped. Located around 5 minutes from the beach (but rocky) and very close to many restaurants and shop. Every day was cleaned.

Review 38：Although Sveti Stefan is very beautiful it is hard to find a quiet beach without a car, so a hire car is recommended. Also, with the Aman hotel owning a large amount of the coast the best beaches can cost you up to 75 euros just to sit on! The kitchenette in the studio apartment did not have the cooking facilities as was sold to us. As the apartment had no extractor fan we were told it was a cold kitchen. Eventually we managed to get a pan to cook pasta in. Although Dijana was helpful there were a few false promises made, the booking of a scooter that fell through at the last minute, for instance was quite frustrating.

Review 39：The view from the sea-view room is amazing and exactly how it's pictured. The apartments are conveniently located for the beach, around 5 minutes, and the restaurants and buses are all on the main road which is still very quiet.

Review 41：A complete disregard for genuine customer service as well as honestrepresentation of the property: 2 min to beach means over 200 unevensteps to the beach, satellite tv means one channel because the cable boxis not there, one electrical outlet for the whole apartment, no toiletpaper holder and a shower the size of a dime, a terrace where theumbrella doesn't open up, a pool deck with no attendant ever, ....Getting our reserved room only late in the afternoon because theprevious tenant "wouldn't go", yet when we asked for alate checkup, we were charged 25 euros... Do I need say more? Also, anumbrella and two lounge chairs cost from 30 euros a day, when St Tropezcharges 25.... You make the comparison ... The business model is to takefinancial advantage as they obviously don't count on yourreturning...ever

A lot of place for lunch around. Only 15-20min by bus or 2 hours by walk up to Budva. Great place for rest and traveling coastwise.

Review 49：The apartment could be better sign posted.We noticed there is bold lettering on the fence immediatly outside but because cars were parked you couldn't see it so we had to drive up and down and ask a few people before by chance we asked the owners husband.Apart from that all was fine.

Review 50：The apartments are all about location and the fantastic views of sveti stefan.The apartments were being upgraded whilst we were there but never the less the apartment we had was very nice with good toilet and shower.I am sure they will be ven better when all are finished.The local area is really lovely and the beaches and sea some of the best in Montenegro.The nearby village of Milocer had some lovely restaurants at very reasonable prices.There also seemed to be lots of wooded walks.There were several cafes and shops very close by.If this area was in France or Italy you would be paying 3 or 4 times the prices for this type of area.

Review 51：Warm can go only from air-conditioning. In this time of year I wish to walk round the floor which heated. Long could not find socket for the fridge and kettle. We turned on kettle in the bathroom)))((

Review 52：We rested in this apartment at the end of March. Everything was perfect! The view from the balcony of the top floor is just fabulous! (room number 8). In the morning you can hear the sound of the sea waves and birds singing in the olive grove without getting up from the bed))) This time of year is quiet, calm, little people, no one will bother. You can relax, take a walk along the coast to Budva. Diana and her husband are very friendly, help to solve any problem. A five-minute walk from the apartments there are a restaurant "Adrovic" with very tasty cuisine. We had breakfasts and dinners there. Pls, sorry for my bad English ;-)
