Review 1：The walls of the hotel are paper thin, and you can hear literally everything going on at the hotel, including lobby, hallways, and rooms next door. We had terrible neighbors having a party in their room with extra loud music in the middle of the night, and the staff didn't do anything about it until we went to the lobby to complain. The rooms are also very uncomfortable. The beds and pillows are rock solid, there was no door for the bathroom (very uncomfortable) and the TV didn't work properly.

Review 7：first of all... we didn't get the room that we wanted so we asked the hotel to change the room. We waited almost an hour to get that room clean. We liked the room with a bathtub and we thought it was worth waiting... but later there were 2 cockroaches in the room!!! haha My boyfriend killed them so it was fine but I got depressed by the hotel... and of course it wasn't cheap at all...!!

Review 29：Room Service: the food was awful and expensive. They have a gym that needs a room key to open but it never did and nobody helped us to open it.

Review 31：My room was upstair close to a construction. The TV was small and sitting up high on the wall. It made me feel like a hopital room. Also the room did not have a tub, just a shower. The room was no what I saw in the pictures when I made my reservitions.

The price does not fit the service received, look for another hotel: México Plaza Poliforum has a similar rate but the facilities are new!!!!!
