Review 1：The rooms, especially the bathrooms need some work. The noise level in the evening is a bit loud. There is music in the bar which is open to the pool. There is also music in the casino. When the doors are open to the pool area, it becomes one loud cacophony. I am glad I didn't have a room with windows opening toward the pool,
Review 2：The staff is fabulous. All were more than eager to help in every way possible. The pool cleaner evev stopped what he was doing to help me move one of the chairs by the pool. Breakfast was excellent with many choices, even an omlet station. Dinner in the Ventura restaurant was wonderful, although a little pricey.
Review 3：- at Saturday and Sunday night loud music at whole night coming the casino and bar (which is part of the hotel) - bring ear-plugs!!!

Review 5：We have paid half the price for similar or better service. Also their currency exchange rate is ridiculous. We usually stay at cheaper hotels when visiting Chiclayo but this time we felt like upgrading. Unfortunately it was not worth it. Hotel Aura just a few block away is a much smaller hotel but service and the installations are similar. Also it was a hassle to to get our room when we got there. We ended up paying more than we agreed on a Booking.com

Review 7：Being son centrally located, the casino hotel is difficult to drive to and from during the chaotic busy times of the day. It's also incredibly noisy! The street outside is alive with car horns, sirens and whistles. Although this does die down to some degree during the nightime, the windows are old and fail to keep the noise out. In addition, the airconditioning is equally historic and sounds like a small aeroplane I'm your room, whilst offering little respite from the heat.
