Review 1：We were there in october. The property was locked and no one was waiting for us. Had to call the owners. They arrived in a few minutes. Would be nice if they had contacted us beforehanf and found out the time of our arrival as the booking was made a couple of days before.

Review 3：Our upstairs neighbors got a little raucous in the wee hours of the morning, but that was in no way the fault of the establishment.

Review 5：Nice, quiet, center, private, .... a place to recommend. The little fountain close by stops at 11 pm, then it becomes super-silent. The rooms look like you are the first customer using it...

Review 6：Had requested twin beds and although they could be separated (just) it was uncomfortably intimate for friends. We think they should have said it was unsuitable when booking requested so we could have sought a better option. Noise from upstairs rooms.

Review 8：Breakfast was nice but I would have appreciated a little cereal and I had to ask for hot milk. The house was lacking somewhat in traditional atmosphere.

Review 9：The hostess was very kind, waiting for us to arrive when we were late. We had a spacious suite with basic kitchen. good location near the water although no view of the water.

Review 10：No wifi reception in parts of the premesis. In our room there was no wifi reception at all Very minimalistic Not coordinated - did not have everything set up for our arrival, had to send my husband to help them bring the baby bed and set it up in the rooms.

Review 12：A great location, close to everything. Exceptionally warm and courteous staff. The hotel is very clean, and well maintained. No air conditioning, but that is normal for the Neringa/Nida area. The nights were cool, so it wasn't an issue for us at all.
