Review 1：Not a bad experience but just expected more for a hotel trying to compete with the top hotel's in other countries. For example, the amenities were scarce. As if the hotel couldn't offer more than a small bar of soap and shampoo--how about a shower cap and lotion?

Review 3：WiFi coverage was poor in the room. As in most big hotels, the staff are cold, and not very interested in solving problems. Poor water pressure in the shower. No safety-box in the room. Hotel overcharged me, but promised to refund.

Review 4：Liked everything. Mikolajki beautiful city. Hotel located right at the lake, and walking distance to the city center. Spacious rooms, nice balcony, nice aquapark. Plenty of food and choice in the breakfast. Very quiet for the such big hotel.

Review 5：The hotel DOES NOT manage number of guests. Crowd is everywhere. The most anoying is searching for any free table and lines for food during breafkfast time. For this prices I would expect and will get better organised hotels.... Value for money is a question mark.

Review 7：1) english was bit difficult language for staff, and we did not mind it in the canteen however in in high end restaurant there we would have different expactations 2) it is a real holiday resort in terms of size rather than just a hotel. so there were crowds of people everywhere, even though things were all working fine, we did not need to wait anywhere, just feeling was a bit too hectic

Review 8：breakfast great, facilities for kids outside and inside were great, mikolajki as destination is also very picturesque, a lot of entertainment and possible entertainment activities happening around (horse back riding, aqua park, golf practice area, nice trails for running around the town)

Review 11：WiFi not working for all stay. air conditioning in the room not working for all stay even if daily I had I formed the reception. Way way too many people outside the hotel guests were admitted to the pools. Snack bar not available anywhere in the resort. If you are not Polish or east European citizen, you will not appriciate the buffet.

Review 14：Everything was very nice, the location is amazing, the rooms are great although the fridge and the air conditioning were not working, we didn't stay that long to miss them.The aquapark is awesome, overall it's a great place to come with children.

Review 15：Aquapark was partially repaired - we had no information about that! There was stench from repairing works - so it was cold in aquapark cause all doors were open for ventilation. Outdated furnishing, spotted, dark, flashy corridors. No still water in the room, just sparkling water without bottle opener. In total - high price for nothing (except breakfast)

Review 17：In order to get 5 stars this hotel should provide- safe for valuables in room, more toiletries in bathroom, in rooms - water in plastic bottles so is easy to open. They provide sparkling water ( that I don't drink) in glass bottles without bottle opener. I was so thirsty and could not open bottle. We should not be paying for soft drinks during lunch and dinner- water and juices should be offered free!

Review 26：The swimming pools are amazing. I didn't expect to be ice-skating in the middle of the summer! Very helpful and pleasant staff - nothing is impossible. The boat cruise was very relaxing. Our daughter loved the horses.

Review 27：The hotel is very spacious with loads of activities for children. Although it's very busy during school holidays it's very well run and organised. Excellent location, right by the lake and within 10 min walk to the centre of Mikolajki. Boat trip with live shanty music highly recommended!

Review 28：The property is very nice, lots of options for kids and families. The pool facilities are wonderful. The spa and salon are top notch and great products and procedures. I was with my 88 year old grandmother and it was a bit busy for us and very warm in Poland. The hotel does not have in-room A/C but they did what they could to help us feel better in our rooms. but it is very uncomfortable when the weather is hotter than 80F, but any other time, it eould be perfect. Breakfast was very nice, and lots of wonderful and fresh options. Looking forward to going back with the rest of my family when the weather cools.

Review 47：We unfortunately (and unknowingly) chose to stay for the 4 nights whenrenovations were at their peak, whereby a restaurant was closed(ironically only for those exact 4 nights) and there were buildersworking throughout the day and night, with dust and dirt covering alotof the main thoroughfares (stairways in particular). We could acceptthat renovations have to occur at some stage, and that we were justunlucky in that respect. However, there are still some issues I wouldlike to address... 1. It would be helpful if the hotel could adviseguests visiting by train (without a car) that Mikołajki and MikołajkiPomorskie are two separate towns. We initially ended up in the wrongplace - 6 hours extra travel time. There is no longer a train station inMikołajki. However, Mikołajki Pomorskie does have a station andthat's where we booked our ticket to (from Gdynia), not knowing anybetter. We eventually discovered that you have to go to Olsztyn thencatch a bus to Mikołajki - a completely different direction. 2. It wouldbe nice if the staff were happier. Everyone looked miserable and no-onereally said 'hello'. If they did, it was an effort. 3. The roomsdon't have air-conditioning (yet). Apparently it is being installed.It was so hot in our room that we had to leave the balcony door andwindow open all day and night. After asking four times over two days forsomeone to come up and 'fix' the a/c, eventually a womancame and told us that what we assumed was the a/c control wasactually a heater. The 'heater' had a temperature control, buteven if I adjusted it down to 4°c (which was an actual option!) it wouldjust stay at 25°C. If it's a heater, I don't understand why iteven has a temperature option lower than about 21°c anyway! 4. If youwant a romantic night, don't expect a double bed. The hotel has nodouble beds (apparently).

Review 48：Large bedroom and bathroom. Decent balcony. The breakfast buffet isexcellent. Alot of choice and even a waitress making omelettes toorder. The aqua park is great for children, moreso than for adults. Apity that the outside pool was under renovation, as it was beautifulhot weather (May).
