Review 1：Very pleasant stay. The hotel is in the center of Sinaia, staff was nice, the pool is just amazing to relax and worm up after doing whatever winter activities one might do. Nice gym. Highly recommend. Perfect value for money.

Review 8：The water in the swimming pool is a little bit cold. There are dozens of stairs you need to climb onto the lobby.

Review 9：Free swimming pool, whirlpool bathtub and sauna. Large room. Great breakfast. Location is great, about 700 meters from Synaia train station but you need to take a taxi if you are with a lot of luggage because you need to climb up for the 700 meters.

Review 12：We had an issue with the tv. The remote response in changing the channels was 5-7seconds per channel. And the hairdryer in the bathroom had a small problem. However, we didnt say this during our stay. Im sure the staff would have helped. But we stayed for 3 days so, we didnt bother with it.

Review 13：The room was great. We had top floor room with view to central part of city. Very Comfortable bed! Breakfast had everything you would want from a breakfast, including english breakfast or milk and cereals or fruit, milk, coffee, juice, the works. But we mostly enjoyed the Pool! Good temperature, olympic pool - so pretty big, great cocktails from pool bar. The sauna and the jacuzzi was good too.

Review 14：- temperature in the pool area very low for a hotel - temperature of water low - temperature in dry sauna: 60 degrees Celsius ! - ventilation system of the hotel creating an continuous dry,cold air flow( can't be stopped) . - small children were allowed to play in the jacuzzi and disturb adult guests seeking relaxation

Staff is entering with street shoes, people are walking bear footed there and they enter in jacuzzi and pool. the staff should not circle the guests when the closing hour comes and looking at you to get out even there are 15 minutes left - rooms are way under 4* standard. The bath tab is quite dangerous. some cleaning required for the green fungus - balcony is a disaster simple concrete plate, no chair, nothing - breakfast modest. no chance to have a good coffee.

Review 17：- the location of the hotel is right in the center of Sinaia, close to "Teleferic" - big interior pool with clean water - nice bar and the staff there(only for bar the staff is nice)

Review 18：what ever was in the room was set as if only 1 person was in the room(shampo condishioner body cream even the toilet rolle)when i complain at the reception the told it was hotels policy. In the morning at breckfast everything was cold and i mean realy cold(fried eggs,bacon ,sasauges.even the water for tea.

Review 19：The sauna was always turned off, so we had to wait until it heated up. Some signs of wear in the rooms and no regular plug for my notebook charger (or at least I couldn't find one). Freely walking dogs in the streets are sometimes weird.

Review 28：It is definitelly a three stars hotel, not four stars. The room has old furniture, the floorcarpet is stained. There are no cosmetic products in the bathroom except liquid soap and one single shower cap. The staff is rude an careless. The breakfast is boring and the service is quite messy: not enough cutlery and napkins, stained tablecloth etc.

Review 66：Smoke in the room (3rd floor!) due to smoking area in the hotel lobby.Also, food smoking in the room in the morning even if the glass theclosed. Food was very bad, except for the breakfast which was fine. Noramp when entering the hotel, only stairs (2 levels). It is very hardwhen you have luggage and nobody helps. I had booked 7 nights but leftafter 2 nights.

Best mojito I ever tried was in Budha Bar and the atmosphere is very friendly and cosy. Great advantage the fact that the parking is free for guests and it has enough parking spaces.

Matteress is moving on the support when you try to wach TV on the bed. Staff not so friendly with us, Romanians, but friendly enough with foreign tourists.
