Review 1：Breakfast area too small. It was a real rush to "secure a table". i did'nt like turning in my key everytime I left the building. Also I had to ask for a receipt after paying cash. I had to wait til leaving to get a cash receipt.

They always had smiles on their faces no matter what time of the day. Room was nice, but small if there is more than one person sharing the room. Perfect for a solo traveler.

Review 10：The location is very good, just 5 mins walk distances from the Fujisawa railway station and there are so many restaurants around. and the staffs there were quite nice, they tried their best to satisfy our requirement even through they cannot speak good English.

Mattress was very comfortable. Wired internet was fast, there was an ethernet cable in the desk drawer.

Review 58：The description says it was built in 2012. However, its actually an OLD building that was renovated. The walking area around the bed and desk is very tight with barely enough room to pull the desk chair out. If this were located in Tokyo or Kawasaki, it would be acceptable. However..Fujisawa is a far distance from Tokyo, Yokosuka and all major landmarks. Although the price is affordable, its comparable with other Tokyo and Yokosuka hotels in this price range. The price needs to go down or the amenities like parking and breakfast should be included. I have been in Japan for 3 years and stayed in over a dozen hotels. My analysis is based on market comparison and not solely on opinion. Good hotel, but not good enough.

Review 59：The price is reasonable and there is available parking onsite. The location is very convenient to the Fujisawa Train and there is a multilevel shopping center with supermarket. The 7eleven next door is a great plus.

Review 64：The first night there, guests in another room were very loud in themiddle of the night. When I called the front desk about it, I'mfairly certain they didn't actually do anything about it. In themorning, the desk manager told me the guests were checking out, butdidn't offer a discount or any other compensation for a lousy nightof sleep. It was quiet the other nights, though.
