Review 8：Oh god where do I start... The is the worst place I've ever stayed.Don't believe the photos!Firstly we booked a double room, we got 3 single beds, hostel style! We were told it was the last room they had when we asked to change. We only booked 3 hours before and there were 3 twin/double rms left at that point. The manager told us the website was incorrect. But no extra charge we were told by the manager for he extra bed we didn't need. Secondly the place is just dirty! There is no excuse for this. The first room we were shown smelt like a public toilet. The second one was a little better, smell wise anyway. However....there were black marks all over the walls, around the light fittings, above the beds.....one even done in a heart by someone who clearly never washed ther hands for quite a while...how romantic! The windows had been left open so we were greeted by a number of insects. The bed had seen better days, especially the pillows. Furniture falling apart and sockets falling off the wall...endless! When we checked out the following morning - they had already charged our card - presumably because they knew we were not happy. I complained again and the lady just shrugged her shoulders, said sorry and went on with what she was doing. We stayed in an number of places on our trip around Poland, paying similar prices, all are clean and nice. This experience was by far the worst and terrible value for money.
