Review 1：If you have issues going up and down stairs then this apartment is not for you. There is a flight of stairs to reach the apartment itself and another to the bedrooms. FYI the collection of keys is at Crest apartments in Mandurah but is not too far away.
Review 2：I was not sure what the apartment would be like from information online (as I did not know if the photos shown reflected the apartment we booked) and I was pleasantly surprised. The apartment was larger than I thought, very clean and had a great kitchen and living space. The bedrooms both had ensuites. Pool was great and well kept. There are a lot of apartments in the complex but the pool was never too crowded or loud. This apartment is on a main road but over Christmas there were no noise issues. BBQ on the balcony was great. There is a supermarket within walking distance as is the beach and Mandurah centre is not too far away.
Review 3：One of the toilets didn't have any paper and there wasn't any spare rolls in the whole 4 bedroom apartment. No instruction/information book regarding what to do with rubbish etc. Some of the toiletry boxes were empty.
Review 4：Great location. Very secure (had a secure gate to go through first, plus double lock-up garage.) Very spacious and well appointed rooms.

Review 7：The pool was not vacuumed or filtered properly. The room wasn't ready when we arrived. Weren't warned prior about keys being at another location.

Review 9：The cleanliness was terrible we had to almost beg staff to clean thefloor as it was very dirty on arrival looked and felt like it hadn'tbeen mopped. There were ants outside and cockroaches inside and outit's very expensive for the service and amenities and the managementof the company is who is also the owner is extremely rude and does notcare about your experience at all (pay stay & leave) do not expressany negative feedback or else!!

Review 15：UNIT 7 - No full length mirror anywhere in the apartment, no ironing board cover and no satellite channels as advertised at the time of booking on Booking.com. Verandah area (rear with lounge) needed a really good clean as do skirting boards and windows.
Review 16：Loved the location and the spacious apartments, the reception staff were fabulous with all phone calls made to them regarding no wireless internet, and broken TV in master bedroom. Chris the maintenance man was most respectful and communicated his intentions well.
Review 17：Light streamed into the 2nd bedroom (even with verticals closed) meaning kids were awake very early. Our car was a fraction too long for garage so we were unable to park in garage and shut door.

Rang up on Saturday told someone would come Sunday but they didn't . One of the main reason I booked this unit was because of the spa . Could have had more towells since we were there 3 nights .there was mould at the bottom of the shower door .

Didn't like the fact no reception at location. We had unit 4 which had no garage as advertised but just an outside bay to park.
Review 24：the fact that there is no reception on the premises i found very dissapointing and extremely inconvenient, and to not even have a key drop point for when your checking out I had to back track all the way to your reception then back past the units again.

Reception is off site, with no instructions for making contact to advise of faulty fridge, (we lost all of our dairy produce). Open plan ensuite in master bedroom not suitable for friends sharing.

Review 36：General maintenance needs some attention. 3 door handles were so lose you could see through to the other side. Plus the towel rail fell off in ensuite. No locks on any internal doors. IE; toilets. Kids only had a double bed to share instead of two singles and their room really needed a blockout blind. Big window and venetians didn't keep the 5am light out.

Review 38：I did not like that we had to wait until 2pm to obtain keys for the unit. As we were travelling with children from the City it was difficult to keep them occupied until we could enter the unit. It would be great for a small additional fee to be payable to obtain the key prior to midday.

Review 48：We arrived late after midnight and had to collect the keys from one site then drive to the apartment - a bit daunting after a 4hr flight, then a 60 minute drive. A contact number was provided in the event that we needed assistance (which we did) but when I rang & left a message, no one responded - fortunately we got by until the next morning. Stairs - stairs-stairs!!!!! 3 levels with 3 narrow staircases in between! We travelled with our daughter & her 6 week old bub - what an effort to move between levels & no chance of using the pram! It stayed at the bottom during our visit. I am pleased I had not also had my elderly parents with me (as initially planned) - they would never have been able to manage because of the steep stairs.Didn't really encourage a relaxing stay. Access to the apartment was via the garage (roller door), then a deadlocked exit door with a dodgy handle (was reported) and a slight step which we all had a turn at tripping over, then...oh no ! those stairs again! We were very concerned that in the event of a fire, there is only one exit & its via the deadlocked door, then the roller door - no one would stand a chance. The garage was too short for our car, so it stayed outside in the weather. Both the walls & carpet on the stairwells, were very dirty & needed a good spring clean. The carpet nails on each step were protruding so each time you took a step (if in bare feet) you trod carefully so as to not puncture another toe. All towel rails were loose & we had one reattached on our first morning. The kitchen table had the edging lifting & looked generally tacky. The 2nd bedroom was impossible to sleep in because of the road noise and lack of blackout - was like midday at 5am!

Review 50：We were a family of 6 and after booking the accommodation were told that the place we would have been staying in was having plumbing problems, so they had to split us over two townhouses. In one townhouse, the remote control was missing from the bedroom, and the tv was not working at all. Also the parking was not big enough for our 4WD.

Then the maid left us some that were 1 year out of date!!! The tvthat didn't work. The foxtail that had to be replaced. The garagewas locked and we couldn't get in ine day, so Wes at outside untilthe builders came and opened it to let us in. They were building in theshop next door. They used a cutting machine that covered eveything inthe garage white!!, We were not told about this or asked to move ourbelongings?! Nor did we want to listen to their radio bleating outtheir music, their cutting machine or drilling all bloody day long. Thepool was cold. Too cold. We made several phone calls regarding numerousproblems, and in the end we gave up - very dissapointed! What a wasteof money!!,
