Bed and Breakfast Leonardo's Rooms sells fast on our site. Leonardo's Rooms is on the second floor of a 1970s building in the center of Pontassieve, 9 miles from Florence. All rooms offer a private bathroom, a tea/coffee maker, and free Wi-Fi.
The Leonardo's is 300 feet from the bus station and the train station, with services to the major Tuscan destinations. There are many restaurants, cafés and bars in the area.
The guesthouse is simply furnished, and the rooms are uniquely decorated. Some have private in-room bathrooms, and some have a private external bathroom. Breakfast includes hot drinks, croissant, butter, bread, jam, cereal, and yogurt.

Review 1：Leonardo and Maura are wonderful hosts. I was there on business trip for one day. PLace is right next to train station, wi-fi is perfect, morning bkrfast was served at the neat corner of the terrace - coffee with a view of Tuscany hills was terrific.
Review 2：A lovely couple run this little hotel and it has homely feel. There were very helpful. Good location near railway station and large free car park nearby. I would recommend it.
Review 3：I would prefer to give a higher rating, but unfortunately the rooms without bathroom are not up to the task. There's a personal bathroom outside, but i don't want to leave the room just to wash my hands.. If the price was lower, i would accept certain "facilities".

Review 6：The hotel is lovely, it's situated in front of the railway station so you can travel everywhere! Furthermore, they give you a book with suggestions where to eat and what to do And the last point, the city is 15 minutes away from Florence and also 15 minutes away from the Mall!!
Review 7：The bathroom had a horrible odor which absorbed into the towels( whichthey didn't change but every 3 days unless charging for it). Chargefor coffee in vending machine. Communal fridge was very small. Towelsworn and line dryed. No lift! Few dining options in this small town.
Review 8：Staff friendly and helpful and it was close to the train station. It wasa longer commute to Florence than we expected so if you rented a car andexplored on your own, it probably would be an ok location. Would choosea different hotel closer to Florence. There was a supermarket not toofar away, but no microwave. Wi-Fi only worked good near the small table.
Review 9：Pontassieve is a great base for exploring Florence and the Chianti region. Leonardo's rooms was truly delightful. Our room was decorated in a seaside theme which we love and was comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfasts on the balcony every morning. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming and provided excellent information about local wine trips and Florence. Car parking was easy at the station, as was the trip by train to Florence.

Review 16：The rooms we were staying were not what we were expecting. The pictures on the booking.com site showed quite unique and interesting ones. And frankly this was one of the reasons we chose this accomodation. Instead we were staying in completely different, plain not too comfortable rooms. The breakfast is not included in the price.
Review 17：The hotel was on a 5 minutes walk from the railway station and the trip to Florence is just 30 minutes. There is a free parking within a walking distance too.
