Review 1：The swimming pool was a bit crowded.

Review 2：Very clean room - new furniture, nice amenities (modern tv). Internet works perfectly everywhere I tried. Good breakfast selection. Nice staff. My parents decided to leave one day early because of an incoming snowstorm. The staff immediately agreed to deduct the amount for one night without any penalty. Nice swimming pool (although a bit overcrowded).

Review 12：The hotel is well located in the heart of Sinaia, in the middle of the main street, very close to the palace and parks. The rooms are big and clean, the beds are comfortable. The hotel staff is very efficient. Our daughter has an allergy to food, and we got a special care from the hotel manager, who put all efforts to ensure that we, and all other guests, feel very good in the hotel! The hotel has a swimming pool, a change service which operated until late hour, and more. We will sure come again to Rina hotel!

Review 13：Popular with tour groups who can treat the corridor like it's their personal living space. Rooms and hotel is a little dated, but can't complain at this price point. You need to ask for the air con remote.

This is one of the aspects I did not enjoyed in the hotel(old pool, very uncomfortable chairs, two finnish old saunas - one is called wet sauna for no reason!!??:)) noisy disturbing people in the pool, jumping and splashing all over, no one is mentaining the order nor cleaning regularly the area.

Review 68：The spa is a horror show! This hotel - built by Romanians in the 70's - bought by some israelis that didn't bother to invest to renew the pool, the shower,the sauna etc. Shameful!

Review 73：We were very understanding about a big workers union " leaving due" with loud music till 2 am on a Thursday night. We know is important business for the hotel. But each of next two evenings we were phoned by staff at the reception because next door people complained, at 11pm, that we are still talking in our room. Staff should be trained to deal with unreasonable clients without upsetting some very reasonable ones...

Review 74：Staff were welcoming if not smiling too much. Hotel is clean overall. We are coming here for the third year running so it's starting feeling very familiar, home from home.

Review 75：Please note that there's no facilities for childrens, some kind of club or playground for kids would be very welcome... Also durring the night on the lower floors it's a bit noisy because of the music in the restaurant. Other then that , everything was as it should be, meaning close to perfect.

Also the persoanl was ready to help and the manager itself help the friends of us and promptly changed the room as they require that. Very good location, near the park and in the middle of city. The breakfast is more then OK, I'd say excellent, with a variety of food and drinks for every taste. Good WiFi in the rooms. For us was the 6th or maybe the 7th stay at the same hotel in the last 4 years, and we would definitelly recommend this hotel.

Review 79：The hotel does not have a proper room for storing ski equipment and they don't allow taking the equipment into the room. This rule is not published anywhere (neither on their site or at reception). The staff was very rude, especially the manager who refused to manage a complaint and yelled at us that we don't have the right to make complaints and that nobody makes complaints in his hotel. Even more, when we complained at booking.com that they offer an empty, concrete space for storing skies and snowboards, the hotel lied that the room has proper wood shelves. The pool was reserved after 5 p.m. and can only be used from 9 a.m to 5 p.m by regular clients. We'll never book this hotel again.

Review 81：Very clean room and bathroom. We enjoyed abubble bath with jacuzzi in our room! Amazing! Sauna after a day at ski was perfect. Great location in the heart of Sinaia.

Review 83：There is no smoking in public areas. I especially appreciated that they also provided a babycot (no extra cost). Hotel is very clean and staff friendly. I have no idea if we had 3* or 4* room but it was very nice! Location is convenient, close to train station, Sinaia Casino and cable car station. We had a nice uphill walk to see the Monastary and Peles castle. Generally you can walk everywhere. Breakfast was good and coffee drinkable :) The pool was free and although it's not exactly high end spa, it's still nice to have a possibility to go and have a swim. Thanks!
