Review 1：Whole complex needs upgrading as looks quite run down. Bathroom in our unit definitely needs upgrade and a couple of easy chairs would have been nice.

Review 3：The management very friendly and helpful. Lovely People. Kitchen is fully eq- uipped - stove, good size fridge, etc. great swimming pool and wondeful summerhouse all free to use. The famous Paraumu Golf Course is directly over the back fence. Highly recommended.
Review 4：The beds could be better, far to hard and old. In our room the curtains were falling off the rail and the fridge was struggling. A sofa would have been nice to sit on.

Review 18：First of all the host, Ian, was very friendly and easy-going. This accommodation was above expectation for our budget price for the area. Although small the room had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Very satisfied customers who would stay again.

Review 29：I didn't like the fact there were no clothes hanging facilities and an alarm clock was not provided although it was in the itinerary. I received one on requesting it.
Review 30：The bed was very comfortable to sleep in and the water in the shower was always lovely and hot.
Review 31：The only thing we would possibly change would be the comfort of the single bed, our daughter did not like that bed. the other draw back was that the light coming from the main residence shone straight onto that bed and for a light sleeper we needed to buy some material for the door and stuff pillows in the window above to block the light on the second night.
