Review 1：Everything is in Italian including the family show. It is really for Italian couples and families. The private beach is disappointing as it has quite a few rocks and hard places but you can walk to other beaches.

Review 6：First of all, I’ve chosen this location because on the website Booking.com, the hotel is part of the Preferred Hotel Program who is supposed to have excellent service and quality, but I would say that is not so true. First, I consider that it is a location NOT for foreign tourists, other than Italians. We were the only foreigners in the complex and no one speaks English, except for a single person at the reception. But this person is not very friendly. I requested a ground floor room but got a room upstairs. I've asked for another room, closer to the beach, but I was told that those rooms are renovated and clients who booked on www.booking.com don’t have access to them. Then, the chamber walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. Also, in the evening, until 12 pm, it's very much noise from the pool performances, music and DJ's voice.
