Review 1：It isnt like photo It show that have a view from sveti stefan but it has not. Not comfortable for that price

Review 3：Overall, the hotel was poor. Not a great location (very far, uphill walk from beach). The room was terrible - extremely small and could barely move in the bathroom. Worst of all the room had bugs - was bitten all night every night. the staff didn't seem to care….

Review 4：Zoran Vila is wonderfully located, providing a great view on the bay and the citadel. The hosts are very friendly and helpful with any advice or demand. It is a great place to stay, especially for families with children. The quiet surroundings and policies of the vila guarantee a relaxing holiday, unless you have the misfortune of having an awfully crying child next to your room (which happened tp us) :)

Review 5：Preassure of hot water was not good in our apartment.

Review 6：Comfortable terrace with a romantic view to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Good location: although the way to the beach takes about 10 minutes walking, all nesseccary bus stops (Budva = 15 min), shops, restaurants are very close to the villa The staff is very kind and friendly, always ready to help. Everyday cleaning. Good climate control. Big swimming pool. The best restaurant of Sv.Stefan "Famelja Kentera" is 4 min walking - I recommend.

Review 7：The swimming pool had no water in it... Making swimming difficult at best! But the lack of anyone speaking English on site was even more problematic... We were under the impression that we could book breakfast... But you can't. It definitely needs a spruce up... No wine glasses either!

Review 23：The hotel of Mr Zoran was nice and quite. I do not like Sveti Stefan since the only sightseen is the Aman Resort that is totaly private nowdays and I don't know why a traveler should visit Sveti Stefan.

Review 27：Perfect rooms/apartments for the price, and almost all rooms with the fantastic view of the ocean and the Sveti Stefan island. Everything is clean (even if the interiors are a bit old). Service minded and helpful staff!

Review 28：Hotel is 300 mt from beach ,but top of hill.you need to climp up anddown.when I lived home to go airport,staff called me from hotel to check if I am caming or not.I was on the way to airport.when I arrived there it was about 17 00 and room was not ready and there was another costumers goods inside and not clean. before I check in ,staff want to speak with me.there was only a room to see view for 2 days and for rest 2 days a room ,Wall view and no light.and offered me 2 days there.I had booked beginning of last april and requested a room with light and view.otherwise I live in Turkey and have many places better than it...so me and my wife shocked.and we want to stay long term.because we go there for relax.and I need to stay that night because we were too tred .and we regret to stay and find a room close to sea and cheaper and cleaner. I usually use your site.but it was terrible.but staff was helpfull.and one more info.when I arrived there,staff told me that I sent you mail to sent me many for deposite and confirm.but I could not received and reply,and I said that I did not received any mail and it is not my responsibility to sent you many to keep a room.it is wrong way,you are responsibility to bookin .com...we paid 45 Euro for one night and next day we found long term room for holiday,it was wrong choosen for me,and my wife has heart disease.and it would be difficult to go down and up,it is faraway from sea and you need car or bus if you have a illeness like this.so I advice you to inform costumer that it is top of stevi stevan and need to climp up to go from sea level. but staff was too kind.and for first nigtht they prapeared room for us ,because it was not ready,and want to help us to find another place but we did not accepted.because the way of their hospitiatity was wrong.we have short holiday time and time is very important.so we losted time to find a new place . this is only a massage for booking .com,please dont review,just for info.

Review 31：Studio for two guests was tiny and lacked table and chairs. The dining and sitting area was a patio table & aluminum chairs, outdoors on a shared balcony. Bed is located in the room's corner, giving access to only one side. Cash only - no credit cards.
