Review 2：Everything! The host is soooo nice. The room and kitchen are very warm, clean and tidy. The view from my room (on the 3/F) is great. I stayed for 4 nights and whenever I was in my room, I felt relax. I would stay in this hotel again if I come back to Sinaia.

Review 23：The hotel owner waited for us. She was so kind and caring, she gave us a map of the town and recommendations. The day after she made us coffee and was very nice. She let us park our car in their parking altough we checked out.

Review 30：WiFi is well below average in the lobby and useless anywhere above theground floor. The owner is well-intentioned and pays for somebody tomaintain his network, but he is being duped: there are access pointson all floors, but they do not appear to work properly (likely amatter of mis-configuration). The wired in-room connections aredisabled, so the overall result is that there is no usable Internetaccess anywhere than in the lobby. There is no place in the room tosit comfortably other than on the bed (the two hard stools therein donot count as such); an armchair would have been nice to have. Thebalcony is of limited functionality given that it has no furniturewhatsoever. An investment of about $10 per balcony for a couple ofplastic chairs would improve things considerably. The stairs are notto the code, featuring a couple of incredibly tall steps (not a bigdeal, but a continuous tripping hazard).
Review 31：Location is very good (within walking distance of most things inSinaia). Staff is outstanding and very friendly; most (all?) peopleworking there are also owners of the place and so have a vested interestin making guests happy. The rooms are large and spotless. Sleep qualityis very good. Noise is well controlled. The bathroom is large and wellappointed. Parking is available at no extra charge. Access to a fully-equipped kitchen on the ground floor and a backyard patio is a nicetouch. Overall an excellent value for the money; we will definitely staythere again if we are in the area.
