Review 1：The hotel's restaurant was OK but the male staff on duty was a little surly and there was not much atmosphere due to perhaps the lack of customers. The food was OK but not a reason to return to the restaurant on another night.
Review 2：Staff at reception and for breakfast buffet were very friendly and helpful. You can rent a bicycle from the hotel and cycle all the way to Leiden etc and return the bicycle after 6pm off season.

Review 20：The main 'down' side for us was that the hotel has very little sound-insulation inside. We really value peace and quiet for our sleep, and if other guests are noisy in the hall or in their bathrooms you hear everything as if they are standing next to your bed! Luckily most guests were quiet at night when we were there, but we had to wake up early in the morning because people would be talking in the halls. Also, the rooms were quiet small and basic compared to some other hotels in this class.
Review 21：Excellent location and a lovely, stylish, restaurant and breakfast room and great breakfast (9 out of 10: would have been a 10 if the orange juice had been fresh too!). The rooms and bathrooms were very clean.
Review 22：We used this as our base to visit Keurkenhof this year. What a great find. The hotel is just over 7 miles away and the queues to get in from the West side are much shorter. The breakfast is varied and of excellent quality and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms are small and basic but functional and clean. Parking is in an underground car park at the bottom of what must be the highest hill in Holland!

Could not separate the need for repair from his obligation to inform the guests.

The man that served us was terrible, very unpolite, served us very bad and with bad mood. If we go again to see the flowers in Keukenhof, we won't stay there. And we cannot recommend this hotel!

Review 106：Rooms are not very well isolated against noise. When your neighbor is taking a shower or using the washbowl it sounds like its being in your own bathroom. Rooms are rather warm. Although the heating was switched off in the room, the heating tubes pass through the room and are not isolated resulting in generating quite some heat. Luckily you can open your window without too much noise from outside.
Review 107：Friendly and helpful personnel. Situated in a residential area it has a quite environment. Breakfast is fresh and tasteful. Scrambled eggs are made from real eggs and not from egg powder as in most hotels these days.

The hotel is comfortable andquiet. For nature lovers the cycle track and foot path through the sanddunes was interesting, full of wild flowers and birds. The shops inNoordwijk are quite interesting especially for fashion! Our main reasonfor staying here was to visit Keukenhof Gardens just up the road- reallyfantastic.
